The Cabinet, headed by its chairman Adel Abdul-Mahdi, Tuesday, held its regular session, to discuss a set of laws included in its agenda and vote on them. 
The Information Office of the Prime Minister in a statement received / Mawazine News / a copy of it, "The Council of Ministers held its regular session under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi."

Important decisions of the Council of Ministers {expanded}
The Council of Ministers held its regular session on Tuesday, chaired by Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, and discussed many issues, and issued several resolutions relating to housing loans and allocations of agricultural engineers and health professionals and contract employees.
A statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office received the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it that the Council "approved the amendment of its resolution No. 12 of 2019 on how to address the issue of employees hired contracts or wages in the ministries and ministries not associated with the Ministry." 
The Council of Ministers also decided "to appoint applicants on vacant grades within the General Directorate for the cultivation of Wasit, based on the instructions of appointment on the grades resulting from the movement of owners No. 4 of 2018." 
The Council of Ministers voted to "amend the ceilings and duration of lending to the Iraqi Housing Fund, and on the development of the sewerage project of Husseiniya, the Council approved the authorization of ministers of reconstruction and planning the authority to determine the amounts of investment and price differences and the consequent increase in cost."
The Council of Ministers decided "to increase the allocations of agricultural engineers and health professionals, where the approval of the inclusion of agricultural engineers in the Council of Ministers Decision No. 233 of 2008, and the allocation of 30% of the nominal salary for health professionals, and raising housing for health professionals up to the third degree and all Addresses that does not entail the creation of functional titles and to accommodate the job description that. 
The Council of Ministers decided to "install the contracts of the Ministry of Electricity and approve the introduction of degrees of employment for the purpose of fixing public companies and directorates funded." 
The Council approved the recommendation of the Ministerial Council for Energy Affairs on the extension of the contract for the purchase of electric power with the Iranian company. 
The Council voted to extend the contract of EPC with the Korean consortium for the Karbala Refinery project, and agreed to cooperate with the UNAMI Fund for Reconstruction and Recovery.

Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, Tuesday, that he is open to any positive development to resolve the crisis of vacant ministries. 
"They are open to any positive development to resolve the crisis of vacant ministries by the political blocs," Abdul Mahdi said at his weekly conference attended by Mawazine News. 
He added that "the government is very keen to investigate the competencies and professionals for appointment to senior positions and will be a separate word in the management of executive bodies and institutions."

Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi announced on Tuesday an expected visit by Iranian President Hassan Rowhani to Iraq, while stressing that the federal government intends to resolve the strategic files during the visit. 
"The federal government is determined to resolve strategic issues with Iranian President Hassan Rowhani during his visit to Iraq," Abdul Mahdi said in his seventh speech attended by Mawazine News. 
He noted that "there are mutual calls for official visits between Iraq and Egypt." 
 On Tuesday, the Council of Ministers convenes a regular session, chaired by its chairman, Adel Abdul Mahdi, to discuss and vote on a number of laws on its agenda, while Abdul Mahdi will hold a press conference to discuss the latest political, security, social and economic developments.

The Cabinet held its regular session on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Adel Abdul Mahdi. The council discussed several issues and issued several decisions related to housing loans, allocations of agricultural engineers, health professionals and contract employees. 
A statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office received a copy of the Moazin News that the council "approved the amendment of its resolution No. 12 of 2019 on how to address the issue of employees hired contracts or wages in the ministries and ministries not associated with the Ministry."

Abdul Mahdi determines the fate of the families of Daash and reveal the task of foreign forces in Iraq (expanded)
(Baghdad: Al Furat News) The Prime Minister, the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, Adel Abdul Mahdi, identified the fate of the families of gangsters in Iraq.

Cabinet decides to form a tripartite committee to manage funds allocated to sports federations

The Iraqi Council of Ministers decided unanimously to form a tripartite committee to manage the funds allocated to sports federations. 
 The tripartite committee will consist of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Olympic Committee and the Financial Supervision, which will be specialized in managing the funds allocated to sports federations. 
It is noteworthy that the Iraqi government did not support the election of the Executive Office of the Olympic Committee.

Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi announced on Tuesday the decisions of the Cabinet meeting held today, noting that the most prominent is the amendment of housing loans and raising the allocations of agricultural engineers and health professions and the installation of contracts for electricity employees.
 
The office said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, a copy of it that "the Council of Ministers held on Tuesday, its regular chairmanship of the President Adel Abdul Mahdi ," noting that "he discussed several issues and issued several decisions related to housing loans and allocations of agricultural engineers and health professionals and contract employees, The Council approved the amendment of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (12) for the year 2019 on how to deal with the issue of employees hired on contracts or daily wages in ministries and non-associated with the Ministry.
 
He added that "the Council decided to appoint applicants on vacant grades within the General Directorate for the cultivation of Wasit , based on the instructions of appointment on the grades resulting from the movement of owners No. (4) for 2018," noting that "voted to amend the ceilings and the duration of lending to the IraqiHousing Fund " .
 
On the development of Al-Husseiniya sewerage project, the Council approved the authorization of the Ministers of Construction and Planning to determine the amounts of the investments, the price differentials and the cost increase.
 
The Council of Ministers decided, according to the Office of Abdul-Mahdi increase allocations for agricultural engineers and health professionals, where the approval of the inclusion of agricultural engineers in the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 233 of 2008, and grant allowances of 30% of nominal salary for health professionals, and raising housing for health professionals, The third degree and all the titles that do not entail the creation of functional titles and that the job description can be absorbed.
 
The Council of Ministers decided to install the contracts of the Ministry of Electricity and approve the introduction of degrees of employment for the purpose of installing public companies and directorates funded.
 
The Council approved the recommendation of the Ministerial Council for Energy Affairs on the extension of the contract for the purchase of electric power with the Iranian company.
 
The council voted to extend the EPC contract with the Korean consortium for the Karbala refinery project, as well as to cooperate with the UNAMI fund for reconstruction and recovery.
 

It is noteworthy that the Council of Ministers held on Tuesday every week a session to discuss the draft laws and developments at various levels of political, economic and social.

The Secretary General of the Council of Ministers Mehdi Al-Alak chaired the meeting of standardizing the banking procedures concerned in granting loans to citizens registered on housing units in investment projects in the light of paragraph (2) of the decision of the Council of Ministers No. (18) for the year 2018, which necessitated a review of the mechanisms followed in this regard. "
Al-Alak stressed that "the State and its government program is based on encouraging the private sector and activating investment as the main and active engine and partner of the public sector to push the development process in the country by providing more banking facilities for citizens and financing projects that play a vital role in driving investment, All in accordance with simplified procedures and easy to make those loans accessible to all, and at the same time protect the funds of banks and depositors. " 
"The Higher Council for Housing and the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works are distributing plots of land to citizens in all governorates, taking into account income levels, including free distribution," the Secretary-General said.
The Bureau explained that "the meeting concluded that the concerned parties have identified the observations related to facilitating the said procedures, and the adaptation of laws, regulations and instructions according to a specific timetable." 
"The meeting, organized by the results division in the Secretariat, was attended by representatives of the Investment Projects Committee, the Central Bank of Iraq, the Housing Fund, the Real Estate Registration Chambers and the State Real Estate, as well as the Directors of Public and Private Banks and the Association of Iraqi Private Banks.
