The legal expert Tarek Harb said on Tuesday that the victory in the presidential elections "will not be achieved in the first round of parliamentary elections and voting, because it is difficult to get any candidate the votes of 220 deputies, or two thirds of the votes of the 329 votes." 

"The second round of voting and parliamentary elections starts between the top two candidates, the two who get the highest votes, where they are competing," Harb said in a press statement. "He is a winner and the president of the republic is the one who gets the majority of the votes. The lowest number is considered a loser. . 

"In the second round there is no requirement for a majority and a specific majority, that is, it is not required to obtain the constitutional majority, but the numerical majority, that is, the majority of votes," Harb said.

A parliamentary source, on Tuesday, that the Presidency of the House of Representatives did not enter the hall that is scheduled to witness the election of the President of the Republic. 
The source said in an interview with "Mawazin News" that "the members of the House of Representatives sitting in the hall of the meeting, but the presidency of the Council did not come to now." 
It is noteworthy that the Presidency of the House of Representatives and leaders of the political blocs are conducting consultations to reach an agreement on the nomination of one person for the post of President of the Republic, between the candidate of the National Union Barham Saleh and Democratic Party candidate Fuad Hussein.

These fools are voting for the President. THE PRESIDENT !! Basically a figure-head position that does next to nothing, if you look at that job the last 12 years. If they can't do this, how can anyone expect them to pass laws to benefit the citizens and move the country forward. Look at the picture. For god sake, the orchestra didn't even bother to show up. They must be enjoying the chipped beef on toast in the cafeteria. LOL.
