S&P hits record, equals longest bull-run

(Reuters) - The benchmark S&P 500 hit an all-time intraday high on Tuesday, the same day it equaled its longest-ever bull-market run, as U.S. stocks rose on encouraging earnings reports and hopes that the United States and China could resolve their tariff dispute.

The index (.SPX) rose as much as 0.56 percent to a record high of 2,873.02 points, topping its previous record high of 2,872.87 on Jan. 26.

The index's bull-market run is now 3,452 days old and on Wednesday will be the longest such streak in history, at least for some market watchers.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI) was up 128.98 points, or 0.5 percent, to 25,887.67 and the Nasdaq Composite (.IXIC) added 75.26 points, or 0.96 percent, to 7,896.27.\

For someone to say truth isn't truth is a sad statement. Truth is whatever the evidence and facts show, not what someone's opinion may be. Like Manafort. Documents proved he had overseas bank accounts to hide his wealth and not pay taxes.

I did not say "truth is not truth" im saying, "what is the actual evidence?" Yes and Manafort kept all this shiz under his belt while volunteering for free for the Trump Campaign, while claiming he had money. Everything he was found guilty on happened before volunteering for Trump.

You know what is really sad? He is now a convicted felon. Hiding his income to avoid taxes thereby breaking the law, and our president said yesterday he is "a good guy". Really, a good guy? Cheating America makes him a good guy? It is a sad day for America. The public needs to demand better. The public needs to not vote for either party in upcoming elections. The public needs to protest both parties to show them their time is up...

There runs parallel to this "de facto" corporation called the UNITED STATES (all caps important distinction) that is the "De jure" Republic.

 

There are two Constitutions (Delaware act 1871 creating a corporate UNITED STATES) one is De jure the other after 1871 is de facto, the words look exactly the same with the difference being in ALL caps. So there exists people who do know this and could give a shiz less the show from the government that we know that's always making headlines. At the end of the day the original constitution is written for the republic of the united states (small letters)… but I know what your saying! its a pickle.

May be you'd like to hangout with 'ol Kenny Lay and talk about how he screwed all those people out of their money at Enron...
