How is it that Iraqi politicians can surf on a wave of demands of the people, by the people, and get a bunch of important landscape changing legislation through the Parliment under unanimous vote, and then NOT implement the laws and austerity changes? I now understand why Maliki appears uneffected by the waves of change against him, embolden even . It is because the laws languish in the GOI quagmire they call The Priministers office and the House? You know at first I thought this was showing Abadi's enemies and Maliki's supporters grandstanding and bit*hing cuz indictments for Maliki and his well placed minions within the government were just around the corner. Now I want to see the files on each conspirator to the fall of Mosul and preliminary charges, with set service dates for the trials to begin. You gotta see how your new judiciary works. How's the time .

It seems to me that there are thozse in Iraqi political office that don't care about doing what is right for the country and the people...just those who line their pockets or give them power or influence....Just like here in the USA...so sad..!
