It is what it is...with Maliki I mean.

I happen to be of the opinion that the US used Maliki like a pawn in a chess board to get at Iran and expose the counterfeiters with terrorist ties. Now that they understand the money trail and the intricacies of the funding channels for the terrorist organizations, they are through with Maliki. The US administration is now saying to Maliki, "Don't let the door hit you on the way out."

Maliki was put in originally by the previous administration even though they knew he was Iranian backed and he hated the US and had at one time actively worked against us.

the only reason I brought this up is to put it in perspective if the liberal bashers want to start up...don't mean to cause a ruckus

Everyone seems to dislike numb nuts Maliki, but it seems they may vote him back in. How messed up is that, especially if they know all this civil war and what else might happen. I just don't get it, pure craziness.

The only way Maliki will get back in as PM is if his faction wins a majority of the MP seats. His faction has already split (as evidenced by the Hakim block) along with the fact that Maliki has lost the support of the religious factions (namely Sadr) and his chances of being nominated for PM again are about as likely as the Antarctic becoming a tropical vacation spot.
