whats your deadline for a rv ..10yrs.?,,,15 yrs. ? ,, 20? .. how long will you wait

I've been into this for 9 years... I'll keep trying and see if I'm able  to sell ( not so easy for a lot of reasons for me) a big chunk of my holdings and keep a small portion of it just in case.

I'd like to get rid of 80-85% of my holdings if I can. I need the money bad and fast.

 

I am with you buddy I been here 9 years also.... but I didnt have that much to spend so got only a handful of dinar...but for the people that gambled and bought (what now seems like) too much, I understand trying to cut some of the losses and recoup some money.... good luck... and maybe i will buy a pinch of dinar from you... LOL...

I for one didn't so much gamble actually and at the time I could afford to buy what I bought... I had a few financial disasters in the last 2-3 years that are at this point  pushing me to try and sell.

 

If I could I'd rather not but I'm forced to unfortunately.

well if ya dont see me around after next week its not because i sold out.. its because my closing date for selling my home is next friday .. and ill be on my way to fla .. no address yet ,, so i wont  have internet .. ill shop around north of clearwater  for a spot to settle in .. plenty of homes to choose from .. but i got to see what im buying .it might take awhile .

Well, I have been in this for going on 9 years now. Already sold off 3/4 of what I had initially out of necessity. I'm just not a gambler...wife and I go to a casino and I lose 20 bucks, that means about 2 weeks of intensive grief counseling for me. The little bit I have left is already bought and paid for, so I guess I'll hold out to the bitter end too. Makes me wonder about the guy I worked with in Iraq that had 20 million....

Don't discount just south of Clearwater. Been here 19 years,lost two waterfronts,mistakes but I'm taking my daughter back to the intercoastal next month. This time for good. 1750 sq. ft. waterfront condo on Sand Key $170K,$400 monthly common fee, The area is going up -rebounding about 6-7% per quarter for 2 quarters now. Best wishes ,get settled like your posts.
