Yes, forward movement, very good. However I read an article last week stating that there are still 20 files to be resolved within the Erbil Agreement.  At this point, as I'm sure you'll agree (or already have)..we just need to watch the money aspects, and so surely, oil and gas is great, as well as payment to the contractors.  IMO, it might take years for full agreement regarding Erbil or when/if an amenable PM gets elected next.
