Iraq is a like a football team that tries to make you think they're going to run the ball in a 3rd and long situation. If you understand the game itself, then you'll know what they're going to have to do in that situation.

Frank26: Very briefly.........I told you last year that if the GOI does not organize themselves and give the Iraqi citizens what they promised them in 2013 then they would ….......tear the place apart. It is for this reason that I do not talk about the hundreds of killings that have occurred this month in Iraq.

It's for the same reason that we need to respect our military and simple pray that the country does not break out into the words we shared with you last year........a civil war. As we told you.......it will not be a war of the people but instead by the people for the people.........to remove a selfish GOI and some smelly fishy politicians.

May we pray for the stability that is greatly needed in Iraq.

Finally........money is going out of Iraq's banks to the rest of the world at normal pace. But........there are large amounts of money coming into Iraq's banks at high speed. IMO........DFI. Do not consider the original DFI amount.........consider the monthly oil revenues that have accumulated in this fund for more than 10 years. We will share more on Monday's CC.

Oh, and I also challenge anybody out there in guru land that has a name that sounds like it could be a Top Gun character. The challenge is to prove the existence of the 3 Tiers and show me proof of any Tier I or II payouts thus far.

Tiers and exclusive Bank rate deals are flat out lies and not one single one of them can prove it and they know it.

Don't get me wrong but there are something's I like about frank and deltas info but this is not one of them --The DFI fund is not going to be released before the 22 or 23 of MAY--the rumor of everyone on taking and fleeing their money outside of the country I DO BELIEVE--There is NO GARRENTTEE that the dollars that they have accumulated will be accepted , remember something we hold dinars against the dollar , internationally--in country the citizens will only get increased buying power in country, not the exchange rate internationally

So lets extend that thought further if you can take your dinars out of Iraq and reconvert them after the RV and use US dollars in Iraq till then it doesn't take a mental genius or an uneducated street person to figure it out that is how I got into this speculation just friends!
