YOU ALL WILL BE HAPPY AT STREET RATE.  [Please clarify that TELLER screens are lit. I thought that meant we were ready to do the CE. What do you mean UST Hold?]   IT MEANS THAT THEY CANNOT TELL YOU THAT IS A SCAM AS IT IS READY TO TRADE AS SOON AS THE HOLD IS LIFTED AND ANY TELLER WITH A CURRENCY SCREEN CAN SEE THE HOLD RATE.  IT IS ACTIVATED AND IT IS DONE PROMISE YOU IT IS SNEAKING UP ON YOU RIGHT NOW.   RIDE IS PULLING INTO THE UNLOADING AREA NOW
