KamelKeeper
Yes, another study, but I think this is a good one because of this quote: "...asked the Committee to send the full program for the process of deleting zeros prepared by the Central Bank of Iraq to review it ..." It would seem to me that CBI feels comfortable enough with their plan, and feel their ducks are in a row and ready to march, if they are willing to send their 3 zeros plan to the Committee for critique.

unirod
Hawk, When the Muslims have to stop all work and pray 5X per day, you cannot get any work done dude!! we in the west need to remind ourselves of that. These people are in the stone age because their religion keeps them distracted from any work rythum. If you have ever traveled to a Islamic country you are left in wonderment as to how they have been able to improve their living conditions as much as they have, which isn't saying much. Most of the Muslim world is similar to the conditions of Calcutta India, or Bombay and not the Images you see of Dubai, Quatar,or the Saudi Capital. So we all need to chill
