I don't think so JonJon: If you watch a video in the middle of the link recently provided by HughJeffin Byrd, # 96 on this thread, it talks about Halksworth being one of the pre-eminent expert on older American Bonds. The video also describes how the original Bonds had errors imbedded in them so that whom ever tried to cash them would face the same problem. Mainly that whomever examined them would certainly notice the defects and consider the Bonds to be fakes.

That means that the original issuer, the USA, was acting in bad faith during the transaction and had actually planned in advance to defraud the holder of the Bonds in this case the Asians, so that they could never collect on our governments promise.

I'm not sure if Halksworth got caught up in the greed of the moment and was caught in a trap he should have seen coming, or he was set up, and is now in jail to keep him quiet. If this is the case, then he should consider himself lucky he is still has a pulse!

Of all the people rocked by the debt and austerity tumult rattling Europe, the famously prudent but prosperous Dutch were seldom on anybody’s watch list. Until now.

This bastion of probity became a flash point of euro zone turmoil last week, when the government fell in a showdown over how to cut the budget to keep the nation from getting caught in Europe’s long-running debt crisis. The action focused fears in other European capitals that austerity, rather than helping to put countries back on their feet, will impede growth and make it harder for them to recover.

It is the Netherlands’ toughest test of economic resolve since the nation became a founding member of the euro currency union in 1999. Last week, facing a crisis that could have tarnished the country’s sparkling credit rating, a caretaker government maneuvered to pass a 14 billion euro ($18.5 billion) plan for spending cuts and tax increases. Political leaders acknowledge that the belt-tightening will further *********** an economy already in recession.

Rather than protesting in the streets, though, as the people of Greece, Spain and Italy [cnbc explains] have done, many Dutch are facing hard times with characteristically grim determination.

“This country has always paid its debts, and the government needed to press ahead with austerity to bring our finances under control,” said Ellen Bijl, a sales clerk at a boutique of Montblanc pens and other fine writing instruments on Kalverstraat, Amsterdam’s busiest shopping street.

“People are afraid for the future,” she said, gesturing toward the 50-percent-off stickers throughout the shop that are aimed at increasingly wary consumers. “But it’s better to get it over with quickly and move on.”

Ms. Bijl speaks from experience. For 20 years, she lived as an expatriate running her own small business in Greece, before that nation’s economic collapse sent her scurrying back to her homeland two years ago to seek financial security.

The Netherlands’ national debt [cnbc explains] , at 65.2 percent of gross domestic product, is considerably below that of France (85.8 percent) and even Germany (82.1), according to the European statistics agency Eurostat.

The Dutch budget deficit, however, at 4.6 percent of its gross domestic product [cnbc explains] , is well above the 3 percent limit required by the European Union, and the recession is making it ever harder to pay down bills. That deficit level is not as onerous as, say, Greece’s at 9 percent or Ireland’s at 13 percent.

But it makes it hard for the Dutch to continue being one of the sternest voices along with Germany — still within the rules at a 1 percent deficit — preaching fiscal rectitude for the rest of the euro zone.

And the Netherlands has every reason for urging the other 16 European Union nations that use the euro currency [EUR=X 1.3142 -0.0011 (-0.08%) ] to be prudently prosperous. Until recently the Netherlands has profited greatly from belonging to the euro club, which has created an essentially borderless European market and enabled the Dutch to price their goods and services more cheaply than when they had their own strong currency.

Despite its tiny size and population of only 16.6 million people, the Netherlands has always punched above its weight, as a global leader in trade with a core of industrial giants like Unilever, Philips, Heineken and Shell.

These strengths have turned the Dutch economy into the world’s seventh-largest by G.D.P. and given the Netherlands a coveted spot in the small club of wealthy northern-tier euro zone countries that have retained their top-notch, AAA credit ratings, alongside Germany, Finland and Luxembourg.

But the Netherlands recently slipped into its second recession in three years as the euro crisis weakened the nations around it. Eighty-five percent of the country’s 509 billion euro economy consists of exports sent mostly to Europe, where trade has cooled. An hour south of Amsterdam, at the port of Rotterdam, Europe’s largest, shipping activity is expected to be flat this year.

The heads of the biggest Dutch companies recently signed a joint letter imploring European leaders to “act decisively and creatively” to resolve the region’s debt crisis, now in its third year.

Some companies say austerity measures around the region have made matters worse. In its recently issued annual report for 2011, Unilever, the consumer products giant whose brands include Dove soap and Lipton teas, cited government cutbacks, falling income and rising unemployment as reasons for an erosion in consumer spending.

Still, many Dutch executives see the new budget measures at home as necessary for repairing the nation’s finances and returning the country to growth as quickly as possible.

“This political impasse was very negative for the Netherlands, Dutch industry and Dutch citizens,” Frans van Houten, chief executive of the electronics company Philips, said through a spokesman. “We now need to see that this agreement is executed.”

Bank CEOs Discuss New Rules With Fed's Tarullo

Fed Governor Dan Tarullo met with six bank CEOs at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in downtown Manhattan today.

The bankers used the opportunity to reinforce their views on various parts of the Dodd Frank law.

The meeting sprang from a conversation between Tarullo and Jamie Dimon, head of JPMorgan Chase [JPM 43.20 -0.59 (-1.35%) ] about the 2012 bank stress tests, a source familiar with the proceedings told CNBC.

Tarullo suggested organizing a meeting with heads of the nation's largest New York-based banks when he came to the city to speak at the Council of Foreign Relations.

The group convened after Tarullo's speech this morning.

Representing the banks were Dimon, Lloyd Blankfein of Goldman Sachs [GS 113.77 -1.56 (-1.35%) ], James Gorman of Morgan Stanley [MS 16.95 -0.54 (-3.09%) ], Brian Moynihan of Bank of America [bAC 8.16 -0.15 (-1.81%) ], Richard Davis of U.S. Bancorp [uSB 32.04 -0.25 (-0.77%) ], and Jay Hooley of State Street [sTT 46.16 -0.39 (-0.84%) ].

Citigroup [C 32.70 -0.90 (-2.68%) ] CEO Vikram Pandit did not attend because he was traveling.

Tarullo briefed the bank executives on the structure and process of the recent stress test.

He did not explain how the Fed crunched its numbers to arrive at loan valuations or the conclusions it published on March 13.

In addition, the Fed avoided giving any window into its thinking on policy that has yet to be determined.

The source told CNBC there were no heated exchanges, but the bankers used the opportunity to express their views on single counterparty credit limits, the impact of Dodd Frank on international credit limits and the Volcker rule's potential effect on market making.

The banks' comment letters on the single counterparty risk limits set out in Dodd Frank's sections 165 and 166 were published yesterday.

JPMorgan said the rules on how much exposure a bank could have to any one counterparty at any given time would "destabilize the markets." Morgan Stanley's comment letter said "the rules will grossly overstate exposures relative to realistic risks." Goldman warned the rules "would raise unemployment by 10 to 20 basis points, eliminating 150,000 to 300,000 jobs.

Both Jamie Dimon and James Gorman characterized the meeting as "productive" as they left the Fed.

"It's good to have an open dialogue with your regulators," Gorman said.

The most important sentence being:

The largest New-York based banks just so happen to be the owners of the Federal Reserve who have been commercially liened against... if you try to fight a commercial lien you must go under oath and defend and have proof against every accusation made against you on those liens...if you don't respond and don't repay, the liens then can be used as arrest warrants. They have no way around this, they can delay a little longer to try and cause a false flag so be weary for that...but at the end of the day, it's game over. Also very telling that he was speaking to the Council of Foreign Relations, obviously for the people who have gone down the rabbit hole, they know all about the CFR and their ties.

Of all the people rocked by the debt and austerity tumult rattling Europe, the famously prudent but prosperous Dutch were seldom on anybody’s watch list. Until now.

This bastion of probity became a flash point of euro zone turmoil last week, when the government fell in a showdown over how to cut the budget to keep the nation from getting caught in Europe’s long-running debt crisis. The action focused fears in other European capitals that austerity, rather than helping to put countries back on their feet, will impede growth and make it harder for them to recover.

It is the Netherlands’ toughest test of economic resolve since the nation became a founding member of the euro currency union in 1999. Last week, facing a crisis that could have tarnished the country’s sparkling credit rating, a caretaker government maneuvered to pass a 14 billion euro ($18.5 billion) plan for spending cuts and tax increases. Political leaders acknowledge that the belt-tightening will further *********** an economy already in recession.

Rather than protesting in the streets, though, as the people of Greece, Spain and Italy [cnbc explains] have done, many Dutch are facing hard times with characteristically grim determination.

“This country has always paid its debts, and the government needed to press ahead with austerity to bring our finances under control,” said Ellen Bijl, a sales clerk at a boutique of Montblanc pens and other fine writing instruments on Kalverstraat, Amsterdam’s busiest shopping street.

“People are afraid for the future,” she said, gesturing toward the 50-percent-off stickers throughout the shop that are aimed at increasingly wary consumers. “But it’s better to get it over with quickly and move on.”

Ms. Bijl speaks from experience. For 20 years, she lived as an expatriate running her own small business in Greece, before that nation’s economic collapse sent her scurrying back to her homeland two years ago to seek financial security.

The Netherlands’ national debt [cnbc explains] , at 65.2 percent of gross domestic product, is considerably below that of France (85.8 percent) and even Germany (82.1), according to the European statistics agency Eurostat.

The Dutch budget deficit, however, at 4.6 percent of its gross domestic product [cnbc explains] , is well above the 3 percent limit required by the European Union, and the recession is making it ever harder to pay down bills. That deficit level is not as onerous as, say, Greece’s at 9 percent or Ireland’s at 13 percent.

But it makes it hard for the Dutch to continue being one of the sternest voices along with Germany — still within the rules at a 1 percent deficit — preaching fiscal rectitude for the rest of the euro zone.

And the Netherlands has every reason for urging the other 16 European Union nations that use the euro currency [EUR=X 1.3142 -0.0011 (-0.08%) ] to be prudently prosperous. Until recently the Netherlands has profited greatly from belonging to the euro club, which has created an essentially borderless European market and enabled the Dutch to price their goods and services more cheaply than when they had their own strong currency.

Despite its tiny size and population of only 16.6 million people, the Netherlands has always punched above its weight, as a global leader in trade with a core of industrial giants like Unilever, Philips, Heineken and Shell.

These strengths have turned the Dutch economy into the world’s seventh-largest by G.D.P. and given the Netherlands a coveted spot in the small club of wealthy northern-tier euro zone countries that have retained their top-notch, AAA credit ratings, alongside Germany, Finland and Luxembourg.

But the Netherlands recently slipped into its second recession in three years as the euro crisis weakened the nations around it. Eighty-five percent of the country’s 509 billion euro economy consists of exports sent mostly to Europe, where trade has cooled. An hour south of Amsterdam, at the port of Rotterdam, Europe’s largest, shipping activity is expected to be flat this year.

The heads of the biggest Dutch companies recently signed a joint letter imploring European leaders to “act decisively and creatively” to resolve the region’s debt crisis, now in its third year.

Some companies say austerity measures around the region have made matters worse. In its recently issued annual report for 2011, Unilever, the consumer products giant whose brands include Dove soap and Lipton teas, cited government cutbacks, falling income and rising unemployment as reasons for an erosion in consumer spending.

Still, many Dutch executives see the new budget measures at home as necessary for repairing the nation’s finances and returning the country to growth as quickly as possible.

“This political impasse was very negative for the Netherlands, Dutch industry and Dutch citizens,” Frans van Houten, chief executive of the electronics company Philips, said through a spokesman. “We now need to see that this agreement is executed.”

Bank CEOs Discuss New Rules With Fed's Tarullo

Fed Governor Dan Tarullo met with six bank CEOs at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in downtown Manhattan today.

The bankers used the opportunity to reinforce their views on various parts of the Dodd Frank law.

The meeting sprang from a conversation between Tarullo and Jamie Dimon, head of JPMorgan Chase [JPM 43.20 -0.59 (-1.35%) ] about the 2012 bank stress tests, a source familiar with the proceedings told CNBC.

Tarullo suggested organizing a meeting with heads of the nation's largest New York-based banks when he came to the city to speak at the Council of Foreign Relations.

The group convened after Tarullo's speech this morning.

Representing the banks were Dimon, Lloyd Blankfein of Goldman Sachs [GS 113.77 -1.56 (-1.35%) ], James Gorman of Morgan Stanley [MS 16.95 -0.54 (-3.09%) ], Brian Moynihan of Bank of America [bAC 8.16 -0.15 (-1.81%) ], Richard Davis of U.S. Bancorp [uSB 32.04 -0.25 (-0.77%) ], and Jay Hooley of State Street [sTT 46.16 -0.39 (-0.84%) ].

Citigroup [C 32.70 -0.90 (-2.68%) ] CEO Vikram Pandit did not attend because he was traveling.

Tarullo briefed the bank executives on the structure and process of the recent stress test.

He did not explain how the Fed crunched its numbers to arrive at loan valuations or the conclusions it published on March 13.

In addition, the Fed avoided giving any window into its thinking on policy that has yet to be determined.

The source told CNBC there were no heated exchanges, but the bankers used the opportunity to express their views on single counterparty credit limits, the impact of Dodd Frank on international credit limits and the Volcker rule's potential effect on market making.

The banks' comment letters on the single counterparty risk limits set out in Dodd Frank's sections 165 and 166 were published yesterday.

JPMorgan said the rules on how much exposure a bank could have to any one counterparty at any given time would "destabilize the markets." Morgan Stanley's comment letter said "the rules will grossly overstate exposures relative to realistic risks." Goldman warned the rules "would raise unemployment by 10 to 20 basis points, eliminating 150,000 to 300,000 jobs.

Both Jamie Dimon and James Gorman characterized the meeting as "productive" as they left the Fed.

"It's good to have an open dialogue with your regulators," Gorman said.

The most important sentence being:

The largest New-York based banks just so happen to be the owners of the Federal Reserve who have been commercially liened against... if you try to fight a commercial lien you must go under oath and defend and have proof against every accusation made against you on those liens...if you don't respond and don't repay, the liens then can be used as arrest warrants. They have no way around this, they can delay a little longer to try and cause a false flag so be weary for that...but at the end of the day, it's game over. Also very telling that he was speaking to the Council of Foreign Relations, obviously for the people who have gone down the rabbit hole, they know all about the CFR and their ties.

COMMENT TO FOLLOW FOR HJB

I hate it when I have to quote such a long article to make a point, but sometimes there's little choice. Reagarding you article HJB: The politicians have the people of these different countries believeing that their economic downturn can be solved by austerity measures and increased taxation, when the fact is that NOTHING, no amount of tax increases and no amount of financial austerity measures will save their economies in the long term. These measures will only forstall the inevitable collapse, in what will be a prolonged and agonizing, slow motion downward spiral to inevitable collapse.

The debt figures bantied about differ widely depending on who is delivering the message, but the reality is, in my opinion, that no one really knows because the ones in control of the books will never be forthcoming with the truth. So...how do you consider paying off a debt when you don't even know how much it is?

I think the bigger question is...who's debt is it, anyway? Did the Federal Reserve and the Euro Central Banks run up this debt in an honest effort to serve the constituents? Was there quid pro quo? Did "we" the world public get anything in return for this debt? I think the obvious 800 lb. gorilla in the room no one wants to talk about for fear of incurring his anger is the fact that the only thing we, the western population received in return for this huge and unknown debt is....we bailed out the failing banks.

These banks were failing because of their own greed, arrogance, wrecklessness and lack of good oversight....and not because of anything we did. But we are the ones asked to pay the bills and put ourselves and our families through whatever cut backs or austerity measures they feel will help?

But that would not have been so bad had it been limited to that alone. The fact is that ever since these bailouts, we find that western Banksters have overleveraged gold and silver stocks in their pocession by as much as 30 to 1, meaning that for every bar of gold or silver, they have sold them to as many as 30 different people because they were not expecting a run on the banks and would not have to pay up at any forceable time in the future....and it's soon going to be time to pay up, and there will be a lot of loosers.

The damage to overleveraging alone will be many, many trillions of Euros in Europe alone, and many more in America.

That's not even half the truth. fact is the Europeans and Americans are also knee deep in toxic derivatives and other exotic complicated vehicles that they sold and resold to each other, and even negatively leveraged honest hard working peoples retirement accounts and 401Ks.

The damage is so deep and severe that even the experts cannot agree on how to gage the potential fallout, the illusion of success must be maintained at all cost until the sad end by continuing to print even more worthless dollars to infuse into wall street to make it seem that our economy is doing well and that those in charge are truly deserving of our confidence

I'm not surprised Government officials don't understand basic economic principles, most of them get into office not because of what they know, but, because they have become experts in predatory opportunism. Weather they advise their people to take austerity measures and tax increases out of ignorance and sincerely think these measures will eventually work, or because they are following an agenda or master plan already laid out by their superiors makes no difference, the end results will be the same.

Folks: Don't buy into the idea that our "national debt" is...our debt! It simply isn't ours! Don't compromise with the Banksters and their puppet politicians! Take a stand!

HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES BY THE GOVERNMENTS OF IRAN AND SYRIA

VIA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of

1952, as amended (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, hereby determine that the commission of serious human rights abuses against the people of Iran and Syria by their governments, facilitated by computer and network disruption,

monitoring, and tracking by those governments, and abetted by entities in Iran and Syria that are complicit in their governments� malign use of technology for those purposes, threaten the national security and foreign policy of the United

States. The Governments of Iran and Syria are endeavoring to rapidly upgrade their technological ability to conduct such activities. Cognizant of the vital importance of providing technology that enables the Iranian and Syrian people to freely communicate with each other and the outside world, as well as the preservation, to the extent possible, of global telecommunications supply chains for essential products and services to enable the free flow of information, the

measures in this order are designed primarily to address the need to prevent entities located in whole or in part in Iran

and Syria from facilitating or committing serious human rights abuses. In order to take additional steps with respect to the national emergencies declared in Executive Order 12957 of March 15, 1995, as relied upon for additional steps in subsequent Executive Orders, and in Executive Order 13338 of May 11, 2004, as modified in scope and relied upon for additional steps in subsequent Executive Orders, and to address the situation described above, I hereby order:

Section 1. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person, including any foreign branch, of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in:

(i) the persons listed in the Annex to this order; and

(ii) any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with or at the recommendation of the Secretary of State:

(A) to have operated, or to have directed the operation of, information and communications technology that facilitates computer or network disruption, monitoring, or tracking that could assist in or enable serious human rights abuses by or on behalf of the Government of Iran or the Government of Syria;

( to have sold, leased, or otherwise provided, directly or indirectly, goods, services, or technology to Iran or Syria likely to be used to facilitate computer or network disruption, monitoring, or tracking that could assist in or enable serious human rights abuses by or on behalf of the Government of Iran or

the Government of Syria;

© to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of, the activities described in subsections (a)(ii)(A) and ( of this section or any

person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or

(D) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.

( The prohibitions in subsection (a) of this section apply except to the extent provided by statutes, or in regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to this order, and notwithstanding any contract entered into or any license or permit granted prior to the effective date of this order.

Sec. 2. I hereby determine that the making of donations of the type of articles specified in section 203((2) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702((2)) by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order would seriously impair my ability to deal with the two national emergencies identified in the preamble to this order, and I hereby prohibit such donations as provided by section 1 of this order.

Sec. 3. The prohibitions in section 1 of this order include but are not limited to:

(a) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; and

( the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services from any such person.

Sec. 4. I hereby find that the unrestricted immigrant and nonimmigrant entry into the United States of aliens who meet one or more of the criteria in section 1 of this order would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, and I hereby suspend the entry into the United States, as immigrants or

nonimmigrants, of such persons. Such persons shall be treated as persons covered by section 1 of Proclamation 8693 of July 24, 2011 (Suspension of Entry of Aliens Subject to United Nations Security Council Travel Bans and International Emergency Economic Powers Act Sanctions).

Sec. 5. (a) Any transaction by a United States person or within the United States that evades or avoids, has the purpose of evading or avoiding, causes a violation of, or attempts to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this

order is prohibited.

( Any conspiracy formed to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.

Sec. 6. Nothing in section 1 of this order shall prohibit transactions for the conduct of the official business of the United States Government by employees, grantees, or contractors thereof.

Sec. 7. For the purposes of this order:

(a) the term "person" means an individual or entity;

( the term "information and communications technology" means any hardware, software, or other product or service primarily intended to fulfill or enable the function of information processing and communication by electronic means, including transmission and display, including via the Internet;

© the term "entity" means a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization;

(d) the term "United States person" means any United States citizen, permanent resident alien, entity organized under the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States (including foreign branches), or any person in the United States;

(e) the term "Government of Iran" means the Government of Iran, any political subdivision, agency, or instrumentality thereof, including the Central Bank of Iran, and any person owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, the Government of Iran; and

(f) the term "Government of Syria" means the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic, its agencies, instrumentalities, and controlled entities.

Sec. 8. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets

instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures

ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the two national emergencies identified in the preamble to this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to section 1 of this order.

Sec. 9. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, is hereby authorized to take such actions, including the promulgation of rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to the President by IEEPA as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this order. The Secretary

of the Treasury may redelegate any of these functions to other officers and agencies of the United States Government consistent with applicable law. All agencies of the United States Government are hereby directed to take all appropriate measures within their authority to carry out the provisions of this

order.

Sec. 10. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, is hereby authorized to determine that circumstances no longer warrant the blocking of the property and interests in property of a person listed in the Annex to this order and to take necessary action to give effect to that

determination.

Sec. 11. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

The space defense technology developed by the Keshe Foundation using magnetic and gravitational force fields (Magravs) has proved to be the best method for blocking magnetic field communication systems at any frequency.

The system is capable of jamming all communication lines and when used correctly can directly block all communication in a large area even from a distance.

This means that with a minimum effort all satellite communications can be blocked.

We tested this system 4 years ago and saw the results.

This technology was developed by the Keshe Foundation, as described in our patent applications, so that in deep space crafts can be protected from any high level magnetic field radiation zones that are detected, and the systems and

One of the uses of this new technology is to block any magnetic field carrying information throughout a large target area in space. This is how the Drum was captured, as it was blocked from receiving information from its control satellites during the procedure.

Our technology is on offer to the US government also, if they are prepared to accept that Iranian nuclear physicists are not necessarily betraying their nation if they share space technology with them.

As I said in my Sunday interview in Los Angeles, let us convert the military factories of the US to provide resources for a US space organization, so that the tools of war become the craft of universal peace.

The aircraft carriers of the US will become nothing but floating bathtubs if our Magravs technology is used effectively, and the runways full of F16s and 18s and so on will be nothing but runway museums of iron birds, as these craft will not be able to fly if their electronic systems are once touched by Magravs space technology. Netherlands has been in financial trouble for a while now.

The following was sent to me on January 21, 2012:

THU 19 JAN 2012: News from the heavy duty lender and P: On Tue 17 Jan the US Treasury had some work to do on the RV's that was completed on Tue, and the IMF released RV's and deliveries on Tue night 17 Jan. Yesterday Wed 18 Jan legal doc's recording these releases went to the World Court (Intl Court of Justice, the Hague, Netherlands), and more legal doc's were being filed regarding the timing of the release, the currency RV's and country funds, and security issues (World Court has granted shoot-to-kill authority to the US 101st Airborne and the 81st Airborne divisions to arrest and kill if necessary any illuminati/opponent persons that are caught stirring up race riots, anarchy, civil unrest, or terrorist acts). The World Court was expected to be done last night or today, after which RV's would post and deliveries will start in North America. The CT Trustee (head trustee of all programs) is pleased with the progress this week. There is no sign of opponents interfering or bankers trying to interfere or steal funds to stop RV-posting or deliveries yet. Opponent leaders including Bush Sr are actually begging forgiveness now from the Dragon Clan (Asian) banking families to seek lesser sentences when they are arrested and prosecuted.

No problem dude... also on this note, I don't think there's actually ever been documentation like there is now, such as the commercial lien, and if you read over it and look into Admiralty Law, these things are no joke. And I never heard mainstream media actually make a reference to the Dutch being in trouble, interesting how quickly it came after the liens were placed.
