sportfisher
those are euros http://www.theuglycow.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/Euro-money.jpg if they did print a replacement currency with a new 50, 250 or 500, you would be staring down the barrel of a redenomination/LOP. Don't get excited about new notes unless they are only additional smaller denoms, not replacements. Edited March 24, 2012 by sportfisher

sportfisher
yea i seen that once i hit the link, but anyway thats crazy ultimately, the body of the article text is what is important, and we do not want to see a "replacement" currency, that is for sure. What we need to see are only additional small denoms that are added to the current notes, even if they remove large denoms over time. Thank you sportfisher, I did provide a link and surely wouldn't have added a phony picture. It got me excited also though. Carla Your welcome, I knew you were not trying to dupe anyone.
DinarDana
Awe look at the pretty yellow, purple. orange and green notes! Thanks for the post and the photo. I took them into a photo enhancement program PhotoShop and had a closer look. I want to point out that the first stacks have a black rectangle over the actually number - these photos have been touched up, however, all the way to the right the orange denominations look like a 30 or 50. Also note they are all the same size and the bands conveniently cover most of the notes. I don't want to disappoint everyone but my guess is this photo may be a stock photograph that was purchased or a photograph that has been retouched. Attached are enlarged pictures to view more closely. I am not sure this is the real notes but instead a photo to give an impression. Remember this article is written for the Iraqi citizen. I am not in anyway indicating that Carlablum has anything to do with this....

hitman1978
Looks like lower demons to me! The far right stack shows 10 dinar bill, the far left is either the 100 or 200.. they made it seem like they have'nt even begun the printing yet, then they show a picture like this... makes you wonder what's really going on?? All the articles state they will be released at the beginning of next year... boy I hope we don't have to wait that long.. I'm just ready for the madness to come to an end.... RV or rd, just give it to us already!!! (Preferable a nice plump RV with a hefty rate)
