I am thinking that with this HUGE and important meeting on wednesday the 10th would be more likely closer to the date of the RV, the 10th or shortly there after. I think the RV will start off with the 3 zero's removed from the nominal value like Dr. Shabbi said so .86 which is 1 IQD for 1.16 USD, then go up 2 or 3 times until the final rate which is said to be the highest in the world so higher than $3.42. Then our President can go take the first Lady on his RV trip (oohhh wait he owns 5 star Hotels why would he even step foot in a RV)?

Executive order 13303 is about protecting the economic development fund for Iraq, it is about there Oil, If the President does not sign this protection order again, then Iraq's Development fund which is valued at over 1 Billion Dollars back in 2003 can be sued for, or distributed by there corrupt politicians (anyone thinking Iran besides me)??? so Iraq has to get their government seated and get to article-8 compliance and have there currency as a world tradable currency or they will not have anything left after the vultures grab at the Development Fund. It also gave us Deplorables the right to purchase the IQD when the Country of Iraq was closed to the World. If I recall the USA has 4.5 Trillion IQD, this is counting all us Citizens have as well, We will take to our banks those Banks will take it to the regional bank to which will go all the way up to the new United States Treasury {UST} (not the FED), the UST then trades it to Iraq over decades for there Oil at $33 or $36 a barrell, Iraq will burn these notes when they get them making their currency more valuable because there will be less of it (will it be digital by then)? Folks remember the World monetary banking system requires 5% in reserves this includes the Countries physical assets - Gold,Silver,Minerals,Oil AND foreign currency reserves 92 billion in known foreign assets. Iraq has 82 billion in gold alone! how much in silver, oil, other minerals? not counting as they get there people working this will add a lot. Iraq has also been removing notes from there circulation, a huge amount of the total Dinar is out of Iraq as foreign held currency this currency will be traded within other countries (like when I cash in the bank will give me dollars, this will eventually be traded within the inter country reserve trading system), hard to understand this but countries trade every day using this system. Iraq has enough to RI and RV to min of 2 to 1, this figure does not count oil reserves or the other assets Iraq has that we do not know about. FORGET LOP! IMHO: I think the less the oil prices are the less the Iraqi Dinar is valued at, so the higher it goes the better for us.

I think that when the President said that we (USA) will not do any business with any country that does business with iran changed internal thinking in Iraq, after all Iraq and iran do a lot of business together, they have both called each other "brothers" and we are the infidel, Iraq will not stop doing business with iran for the USA. IMO this will be a factor in Iraq finally getting off the infidel's money and get back to there own currency. After 10 plus years in this I hope it goes at least 1.16 to 1, I would prefer the 3 to 1 that some of the older guru's used to preach

I wonder if their is any way to truly find out how much IQD the US Government has? If they have 3 or 4 trillion as rumored and it goes 3 to 1, that would go a long way to paying off our National Debt, and this Business oriented President is wise enough to do just that! Hope if this happens He also changes the monetary policy in the Law to prevent the same financial disaster we now have from ever happening in the future! We have seen our Nations debt double in 8 years what the rest of the entire Nation has spent in all of its history! We have the right President to control the Money I believe!

While reading this " The Central Bank of Iraq estimates that home money is about 34 trillion dinars and represents more than 70 percent of the currency", something came to my mind, this does not mean that all of this currency is free floating around as their are a lot of Governments including ours that are holding a lot of it and will use it as foreign currency reserves to do trading with am I right?
