The rate is still the same as yesterday 7-4-11. This I believe is a good sign. Iraq Central Bank has a new web site to coincide with a new rate. I've been told by Delta that when the rate finally changes to the RV the old CBI site will go down and when is comes back up- it will be the new site and a new rate. what we as an anxious investor seem to keep missing, is the fact(I believe), that everything is done , as far as the Iraqi's are concerned, except financial logistics. Steve I posted at 12 am est that the Iraaq TV announced that the budget was passed! Shabs always said when the budget was passed He would announce the RV Needless to say, here"s another man that People (Frank26) spoke highly of. I beg to differ with you on Ali great in responding to emails. I have sent him 3 in the past 6-7 weeks and got no answers, not one. Called yesterday and talked to a guy named Scott. His response was we only have 20 staffers and we work our butts off. I beleive this could be a "canned" answer as he was polite, but abrupt. Made me think, even though I bought my dinar from Ali, instead of paying him 150 per million, I should consider Ty at Dinarbanker. He's charging a 150. per transaction no matter the amount. Also his cash in facilities are at airports. Fly in, exchange, fly out. Pretty safe.

Maybe this is my simple math, but as I see it the hotel owner who thought he was going to benifit from the tourist, in the end came up 100 dollars out, because he accepted the 100 from the prostitute, therefore cancelling her dept.
