I agree. I have enjoyed 2 very good years with warka. They are not always the fastest but they do what you need in a decent time frame for the ME.

As far as I know the daily limit to withdraw is $10,000 USD. There are no provisions with citibank per say as they are not partners beyond MC. However you can open a citibank account and do an external transfer wire from warka.

You cannot use your dinars to do that. You would have to open a warka account and wire US funds then convert them to IQD then buy stock. Adam Montanas book RVINTEL shows you how to do it.

You need to read adams Book...RVINTEL. There is a fair amount of detail to joining the ISX and the book makes it fairly easy.

Thanks Newman,Thats just my point. Just because he( Trump, Bush, Cheney,Obama,Gates,Buffet,Clinton) is not invested in the IQD has nothing to do with this being a great investment. Its a big world and plenty of opportunities are out there for all of us. I honestly believe that there are not as many people invested in the IQD as most of us think that there are. I worked in Iraq for about a year and it changed my life . I came back so charged up with the excitement of a country which had been economiaclly dead for 30 years finally coming back to life. I believe Iraq is a great investment and can sprout in many different directions. We live in an exciting time......

I would challenge anyone to produce any, and I mean any documention that officially says Donald Trump has $30 million US in IQD. I think if he did he is kind of smart. But a much smarter move( which I know he is ) would be to put the $$ in a WARKA IQD account yielding 11 % annually then cash out after RV. Also the ISX would make any investor wealthy over time. Not to mention the real estate opportunities in Iraq at this time. Waren Buffets stance on this investment would interest me a lot more given his track record .

That is a good question. The answer I have is to read periodicals like IRAQ BUSINESS WATCH (or NEWS) , Rabee Securities and ask other members. I must admit Warkas brokers are of little help. Rabee is great but they require a large capital investment.

SPONSOR is the key word here. I am immeadiately turned off by anyone who starts that lingo. The IQD is a currency of an important country. You do not need a SPONSOR to hold it.

I just keep asking this question over and over again.........Why do people go to their local bank and ask them about Iraq and the IQD ?? They have NO clue as to what you are talking about. If you are going there to check and see if the IQD exists, maybe this investment is not for you. Just food for thought.

There is cause for concern, but not panic. A lot of currency in circulation in Iraq has been found to be counterfeit. The easy way to check it is to shine a black light under it and see if the center glows. If it glows chances are it is good. Obviously the best way is to have it verified by a DE LA RUE machine at a major bank. Also if you have a lot of circulated currency you may be challenged by who ever is cashing you out as to how you came to own this currency. This has turned into an Ebay nightmare for many. Money sometimes is not money...

You have to give it at least 2 weeks. And remember fridays and sat dont count in Iraq.
