Not to be a negative nancy or a naysayer, but I just don't see it happening like that. They move so incredibly slow with everything. So an increase in the exchange rate would require a metric crap ton of things to be revalued all across the country. That might work out easily at the consumer/business level, but if Iraq has shown us one thing, its that things don't move quickly at the gov't. level. This has so many moving parts, I wonder if they have the ability to make all of the necessary changes when it happens. I dunno, I just don't see them being that prepared.
