Buying larger amounts gives better rates (less mark-up)....

Think of DT

Where do you pay more per IQD?

Buying 100k at a time or 1 million?

Now, imagine the savings buy buying a figure, lets say "1 Billion.."

Group of 20 people could account for a large amount if they have deep pockets.

Now, if you said, 1 person bought 1 Billion... I'd find that pretty laughable.

A positive post, BUT, they make no mention at all about Chapter 7? Sure they kick around the same "we are just about there" (and I agree based on overall info), but again with no reference to Chapter 7 I wonder how on top of things (or in denial) they are? huh.gif

Just my thoughts on this: Considering the state of the world economies, and the affect that the RV could have, I would think that the UN could be persuaded by the WB and IMF, to lift Chapter 7, but would include provisions to complete the issues with Kuwait at some point.

That would be around $1 Million Dollars to Purchase A Billion Dinar . B)
