9-16-2011 Guru Delta Shabibi met with parliament 30 days ago...to show them the draft to RV. He needed a thumbs up- He got it. After 30 days then, Shabibi could RV. that was Aug. 15th. The CBI can legally, by yesterday Sept.15th - by law in the Constitition, CBI law, page 10 article 4., activate the RV. he is doing everything according to law, no one can stop him. The lower denominations have all arrived at Warka banks. Employees are trained. we can see it on any day-even holy days or Fridays or Saturdays. They can't wait anymore. Inflation is getting to high. why would the lower denoms be out in the banks and tellers trained, and law followed with parliament if he wasn't going to RV now.!!

We constantly getting new pump dates. They going to keep giving us new Pump dates right through end of year. IMO now this thing going keep going week after week through the end of year. They seem constantly coming up with new problems. So it seems we be sitting here for quite some time before this will RV. Gets very discouraging week after week. IMO Getting depressed over this whole mess

at the CBI

[Enorrste] In short he is stating the we have to “remove the three

zeros” as soon as possible, which is really good

the fact that the value of the dinar used to be over $3 before the Iraq war, and

he wants to see it back there, which is really good!

[Enorrste] This means

that, once again, the CBI has no “lop” in mind at all, period, from their own

mouths.

Bear with me as I get this out, ’cause I’m doing this “on the

fly”.

[Enorrste] He refers to the “terrible inflation” that has occurred in

the last many years, causing the value of the dinar to fall from over $3 to now

1170 to $1. This was fascinating to me, because we all know here that in fact

Shabibi has stifled inflation dramatically, except in the last few

months.

[Enorrste] So it occurred to me that these people are very

“short-sighted”

[Enorrste] You see, we know that the reduction of the value

to 1170 to 1, and even worse at the beginning of 2003,

[Enorrste] was

entirely intentional and created by the UN to get Al Qaeda out of the

currency

them

[Enorrste] However, since then the value of the dinar has slowly

increased, from 4000 to 1 to now 1170 to 1.

inflations (until quite recently) has fallen dramatically, until it was about 3%

several months ago.

[Enorrste] So (and this is the important fact here), when

the CBI refers to “inflation” they don’t mean what we mean by the

term

[Enorrste] Instead they are referring to what we would call “buying

power”.

[Enorrste] Now tese are similar concepts, but different in that lower

buying power was not caused by inflation, as we would assume from the

article

[Enorrste] but instead by the UN action, as stated

above.

[Enorrste] Therefore, when they are talking about “inflation” they are

talking about what their current dinar will buy, which is essentially

nothing

[Enorrste] And this is VERY good, because Qasim is stating clearly

that we need to get the VALUE of the dinar back to where it will buy

something’

[Enorrste] He calls this removal of the 3 zeros, but he goes

farther and specifically states that we need to get to the point where 1 dinar

equals at least $3, like it did before.

[Enorrste] For a member of the

CBI board to be this forthcoming and urgent in his appeal is, to me a VERY good

sign.

This is much more than a "nod to the Kurds." It is a demand by the Kurds which was agreed to and signed in the Erbil

Agreement..
