For the second time in hours.. “Iraqi factions” target the American “Kharab al-Jir” base in Syria

Shafaq News / On Friday, for the second time within hours, the “Islamic Resistance in Iraq” targeted the American “Kharab al-Jir” base in Syria.

 

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights stated, “The American base of Kharab al-Jir, located in the Rumailan countryside northeast of Hasakah, was targeted with at least 3 missiles, in parallel with the attempt of ground anti-aircraft guns at the American base to confront targets overhead.”

 

This afternoon, Kharab al-Jir Airport, where American forces are stationed, was bombed with missiles from Iranian-backed groups. One of the missiles landed in the airport square, without information being received about human casualties, according to the Observatory.

 

It is noteworthy that the airport was transformed by the American forces into a cargo airport for its aircraft and a military base.

 

Since October 19, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored 50 attacks on the “International Coalition” bases. Distributed as follows:

   — 11 at the base of the Al-Omar oil field

   — 9 on Al-Shaddadi base in the Hasakah countryside

   —9 at the base of the Conico gas field

   — 10 on the base of lime ruins, two barrels

   — 7 on the base of Al-Tanf

   — 2 at the base of Tal Baydar in the Hasakah countryside

   — 1 on the American base in Rubarba in the countryside of Al-Malikiyah city

   — 1 on the Qasrak base in the Hasakah countryside

Shafaq News / A security source reported, on Friday, that the Iraqi factions fired missiles towards the “Kharab al-Jir” base in Syria, which is the third targeting within hours.

 

The source told Shafaq News Agency, "The factions fired 6 missiles from Rabia district in Nineveh towards the American base in Kharab al-Jir in the Yarubiyah district in Syria."

 

In this context, a security source reported that the security forces seized a Kia tire without registration plates that was used to launch six missiles between the districts of Al-Ayadiyah and Rabia districts, northwest of Mosul, targeting the American base in Syria.

and all we heard was the Iraqis saying they didn't want the Americans to use their country as a staging area against Iran. Seems Iraqi made a choice and as far as I'm concerned, Iraq has declared war on the US....

Ok..the little voice in my head wants to use the Marine motto..”kill ‘em all..let GOD sort it out”. That whole region will never play well together. If America would have kept out of the region, except to be an ally with Israel, they all would have taken each other out by now. Kinda like removing the warning labels from, “don’t use your hair dryer while showering”, or, “keep hands out from under your running lawn mower”.
