The sources said that Zarif will discuss four main issues in Baghdad, namely, financial exchanges, agreement on mechanisms for such exchanges, cancellation of entry visas for nationals of the two countries, and the mechanism to complete the railway linking the two countries through the Shalamjah-Basra, as well as cooperation in the oil field. The Iraqi government has asked the US Treasury Department to put it on the list of countries that can deal with Iran in the purchase of electricity and natural gas in addition to refined oil against the background of the economic embargo imposed by the United States on Iran.
