The Int'l Sea Law states that not only it's MANDATORY to save lives in the sea but also to take them to the nearest  SAFE Port  (Libya is out of question....Tortures, rapes, murders etc.....All done in order to extort money to already extremely poor People....Hopefully Karma will pay all bastards back......)
