A source in the province of Dhi Qar revealed on Tuesday that one of the companies fraud on dozens of employees in the Directorate of the municipality of Nasiriyah. 

The source told Al-Ghad Press that "a company specialized in the issues of MasterCard and localization of salaries, has replaced more than 150 employees in the municipality of Nasiriyah under the pretext of settling their salaries and converting them to an electronic card (MasterCard)."

He pointed to the source, who asked not to be named, that "this company has received a large financial exaggeration of these employees on the pretext of completing the settlement of their salaries." 

He explained that "the administration of the municipality of Nasiriyah told the staff today that they do not know any information about this company and they do not know who entered the Directorate," adding that "the municipal administration ordered the opening of an investigation to determine the shortcomings of this process." 

The source explained that "the officials of the municipality of Nasiriyah told employees to settle their salaries and transfer them to the electronic card through the Rasheed Bank, the only authority authorized to deal with municipal employees."

The Ministry of Finance has launched the salaries of state employees working in various sectors to ensure their distribution before Eid al-Fitr, while issuing new instructions for the promotion and promotion of employees.

The ministry's inspector-general, Maher al-Bayati, told Al-Sabah that "the ministry started to send salaries to the institutions and departments to ensure delivery to them before Eid al-Fitr." 
Al-Bayati added that «the ministry secured all salaries», stressing the «need to speed up ministries and government institutions procedures to provide the salaries of employees smoothly». 
Al-Bayati also announced that «the ministry and its keenness to improve the financial conditions of employees and ensure their rights have taken action to solve the problems of promotions and promotions of their own», explaining that «the procedure requires that the upgrading of the employee through the deletion and development within the staffing of the departments concerned and by the committee formed in the ministry That the ministry or the institution to send information according to a detailed table in each form of the individual to the budget department of the 
 ministry ».
