Al-Rafidain Bank announced on Monday that it will continue to issue an international payment tool for employees, citizens and other segments of society. 
The bank's information office said in a statement obtained by "Economy News" that "the branches of the bank continue to issue (mastercard), which are used inside and outside Iraq and are acceptable in all ATMs connected to the network (MasterCard) in addition to points of sale." 
The statement added that "advances and loans granted to employees are through these cards as well as settling their salaries electronically."

Good news for a country that still has currency worth only, well lets see - not even toilet paper . . .Hurry the hell up already . . .or do you still have to talk about what you're gonna do for another 6 months ?

The governor of the Central Bank, Ali Al-Alaq, praised the efforts of the banks involved in the settlement of salaries, stressing the need to adopt the principle of professional competition in the delivery of offers and services.

"We appreciate the efforts made to participate actively in the project of technical and organizational salaries," said Ali Al-Alaq, the governor of the Central Bank of Egypt, in a letter addressed to banks participating in the project to settle salaries.

"We would like to emphasize the adoption of the principle of professional competition in the delivery of offers and services and retain the right of the employee to choose the appropriate bank," stressing the need to "take the necessary procedures to open the bank accounts associated with a bank card city, as stated by the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers No. 281 For the year 2017, "noting that" the Central Bank is ready to provide support and support required. "

Al-Rasheed Bank announced on Monday the reasons for the suspension of salaries of retirees and employees, noting that the stop has nothing to do with it.
 
The bank said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, a copy of it that "the reason for the suspension of salaries of retirees and employees of card holders card is due to the disruption of the electronic system by the International Company for smart card."
 
"This stop has nothing to do with it," the bank said.

Al-Rasheed Bank said that the smart card company Kart card refuses to update the program to raise salaries of state employees on the cards

The bank said in response to the developments of the Card Card crisis that "the smart card company Kart card refuses to update the program to raise salaries of state employees on the card Kart."

He added that "the Central Bank gives a 24-hour period for the company to address the situation under his book No. 11655 in 2018/5/21 and otherwise the company is subject to legal consequences."

"We have been employed until this hour and are at the headquarters of the Kart Kart without interest."

The Central Bank of Iraq, in a letter urging the wave to the International Company for smart card Key Card to pay the salaries of employees and retirees within 24 hours, stressing otherwise that "the company will be subject to penalties from the Central Bank."

Mawazine News obtained a copy of the book addressed to the company Key Card and confiscated by the Central Bank of Iraq signed by Saleh Ali Department General Director of the Banking Control Department at the Central.

The Rashid Bank announced on Monday that the non-payment of salaries of retirees and employees is due to the cessation of the card system.

"The reason for the suspension of the salaries of retirees and employees to card holders is due to the disruption of the electronic system by the International Smart Card Company," he said in a brief statement to the bank obtained by Mawazine News.

The bank denied in its statement that it has a hand in stopping salaries salaries of retirees and employees for any reason.

Bump this all the way to the top...what is this article saying? Is this telling us that the card key company is refusing to pay the people's salaries because there has been a raise in the value of program....meaning that iqd has revalued so in order for the card company to pay the salaries..it has to update the program...and CBI is giving them(card company) 24hr notice to update the system or face legal action(s)?
