The varying levels of progress between one country and another as belonging to some of the wealth of the country 's own natural resources and other human resources are employed out of parents these riches direction that promote economic development and manufacture and maintain.  In contrast to find a country that does not have the natural resources , which qualifies them to build a solid economy, and does not have the human capital , and here I mean " a community youth , " but working with its potentials and expertise to find a financial resource helps to create an acceptable level of life for members of the community.   Iraq have all the ingredients of a solid economy is capable of achieving high levels ofMashah degree of stability, but the winds do not crave ships and confusion prevail in the economic situation of the day due to lack of proper exploitation of the riches of all kinds and forms.  The need require starting to build efficient economy and this in turn needs to be a real trend towards interest in community real experts who have considerable experience in their field, and when we say experts , we are aware of what we mean where we have experts international competencies are able to work that will lead to real development.  When looking forward to building efficient economy must be in tune with real attention to asking the experts, especially because they have a long history Totrh achievements in most fields, which requires communicating with Iraqi experts at home and abroad and to make them an effective tool for the Advancement of production and service sectors that suffer neglect for some time long.  And we can not make the views of field experts ink on paper and we seek sustainable development major economic Vaketl the world did not reach the top of the economic pyramid away from the experts who make it to the planning, implementation and wealth preservation and securing the rights of future generations tasks.  Our country contains all the natural resources and human , we are qualified to be an influential economic bloc in the regional and international level, and we imperative to put experts in front and hold them fully accountable for achievement and thus pain we have walked as the start of the road towards achieving the benefit of Iraq.
