People need to read the unfiltered EO. The order is only for 120 days. Its not a permanent ban. Obummer signed an EO banning Iraqis for 180 days in 2011. Let's not get our panties in a wad and check the chicken littles of the world screaming the sky is falling. This while an inconvenience is more a stop and lets evaluate what is happening here instead of rushing head on into a fire where bith thebfireman and victim both die. Give them time to evaluate, form a plan of action and based off of their implementation of that plan, analyze the results. Besides i thought was Iran and not Iraq will havebto recheck.

Surely you don't expect people to read.  What do you think about that insane liberal Judge that threw a ban of President Trumps EO? Idiot doesn't know that by Friday he'll be FIRED.

If a Judge has the power and authority to make a ruling, then so be it. We elected some Judges and some are hack...erhm...political appointees. SCOTUS Judges are the only Judges that are appointed that are considered to be in their Judgeship position for life, however, this is not really true as they can be removed through a special process in Congress. We have three branches of Government, to check and balance the other. It is through these checks and balances that are out of alignment right now where we have given Judges the final say on law even over the voices from citizen's that cry out from the hallowed halls of our nation. Never in the Founding Father's original intent was the Judicial branch supposed to create law. Revoke, interpret and uphold the law but never create law. Judicial Activism has run rampant in the United States, especially when SCOTUS has been given, contrary to the United States Constitution, final authority over all of the laws in our nation. If a law cannot be upheld, it is supposed to be sent back to the Legislative Branch to be corrected or modified or removed from the United States Legal Code. The idea that the power has tilted towards the Judicial Branch has swung our Nation asunder. The Judge who issued a legal stay on Trump's Executive Order is not without precedent as Judges have been issues stays for a very long time. The Texas Judge who issued the stay on Obama's EO that allowed the bursting of the dam for immigrants to come to this country did not lose his position. I would expect the same in this case. If I recall, it was Bush who recently replaced 46 political appointee judges that were put into place by Clinton. Something like that. This to is not without precedent. However, to replace a judge so shortly after issuing a stay would run afoul of our system and it is a corrupt thing to do, especially if the judge was within his authority to do so. After some time, where public memory has all but forgotten of the incident, then is the time citing some other valid and pertinent reason as to why the replacement of the judge is necessary. That is politics 101. Remove the Judge sure, to do so soon after a disagreement unless that agreement and resultant action is so egregious it is necessary, would be wrong.

My remarks about people needing to read the EO is because it is filtered and becomes fake news. For example, ABC recently interviewed President Trump. In the interview, POTUS said something about the right to life march that the VP Pence was attending and going to make a few remarks. ABC aired the interview. However, the following day, the transcript had all the right to life march removed as if it was never said. This is fake news as much as this EO has generated fake news about a permanent ban onto the refugees. Chicken Littles are running around like someone cut off their heads and screaming the sky is falling because the EO was misreported. The EO says nothing about Iraq which begs the question why this gentleman was from Iraq. Two things could have happened 1) Somebody confused Iraq with Iran when speaking. I do that myself. 2) The TSA agent, let's not get started on TSA agents, was told Iraq and not Iran because of the first issue and they told the reporter who didn't bother to READ the EO him/herself to verify the information. I think it was recently, I read an article in which an investigative journalist, paraphrasing here, stated that they didn't have to verify the information they were given. At one time journalists had editors that fact checked the work. No longer. This is why people need to read things for themselves and if they haven't they need to check themselves before going half-cocked because they were impatient in an ever increasing impatient news cycle.

I cant help but look at this through dinar glasses . Will this all lead to one or a few less destinations to exchange currency . Control the movement of currency ?

That is what I was thinking, BlueSkyLine! Either the people fleeing are terrorist related and/or documents, etc. could take flight from the country. Multiple countries are involved here but may be a cover for Iraq specifically. It would make sense that Iraqis would need to stay in Iraq for major issues - including an IQD revalue. The 90 days is likely a back wall for things to have settled. If the revalue is really the case, then the international revalue would occur much sooner than the 90 days. Good thing I am not barred from traveling!

Just my opinion and :twocents:

Go Moola Nova!
