United Nations called, on Sunday, to provide an opportunity for young people to contribute to the advancement of Iraq, and the opening of the largest field for the private sector to improve the national economy and the creation of a "real" investment opportunities to attract capital to Basra as an important province, while called the Basra council of the Organization for the care of a global economic conference in the governorate.

"

Basra discuss preparations for the establishment of an international political economic conference

{Basra: Euphrates News} Basra Governorate Council held a meeting with the committee of council members and the Centre for Studies of Basra and the Persian Gulf to discuss the necessary preparations for the establishment of an international conference on economic policy.

For his part , director of the Center of Basra studies and the Arabian Gulf said at Basra University Fahd Mizban " The main objective of the conference is to develop a strategy and future plans to address the problems of the province and take advantage of them by government institutions and the private and public sectors. SOC qualifies the port of al-Amaya

Basra's governor warns foreign oil companies to "unpleasant consequences"

warned the governor of Basra, Majed Nasraoui, on Monday, the foreign oil companies that is developing oil fields to maintain under licensing rounds as "unpleasant consequences".

Said Nasraoui during a press conference held at the Office of the province after a meeting with the Department of the South Oil Company and some local officials in the districts and areas, he said that "Basra must get under licensing contracts on five million dollars of every oil company is developing an oil field in the province of social such utilities acted on improve services in the fields near those areas. " 
And between, that " the local government has placed Tnadr] integrated service projects that we want to implement, some oil companies declined to give the amount of social benefits for the local government, and the referral of some of those projects to contractors high Bklv, and we reject these projects categorically." 
Nasraoui and pointed out that " the oil companies before the deadline for one week by which to provide the amounts of the South Oil Company for the formation of joint committees of the company and the Board and the Office of the province and officials of the administrative units in the district to give each zone the right projects, to be the implementation of projects by the local government or South oil company. "
