The second to the last article above states, "He explained Amer that "the Central Bank Law No. 93 of 2004 and by Article 12, which relates to the establishment of indoor units to combat money laundering and bleached in all financial and banking institutions, so as to collect and analyze information to find out citizen corruption and hand money smuggling."

This is really good news to me.  Looks like money laundering and smuggling of funds outside of Iraq will come to and end (as well as the CBI daily currency auctions), hopefully very soon.  The collection and analysis of information aught to serve as a firm basis to indict and prosecute the corrupt.  Hopefully the information can and will be used to retrieve those funds outside of Iraq and return them to the CBI.  Other past articles have suggested foreign countries willing to return the smuggled funds back to Iraq.  With the CBI assuming full responsibility, looks like (to me) an implication that Ali al-Allaq's (Nouri al-Maliki appointed CBI Governor) days are numbered, too.
