A source said a representative of the Twilight News, the Council voted on the majority of the financial budget items for next year after almost a consensus on its provisions except for the item share of the province of Kurdistan.

Parliament postponed the vote initially on the region's share because of disagreements on them but returned and vote for it to keep 17 percent of the province, provided that the Prime Minister agrees to exchange these allocations from the Ministry of Finance.

The deputies coalition of state law, led by Vice President of the Republic article Nuri al-Maliki objected to the share of the region and demanding the slashing to 13 percent on the back of long between Baghdad and the Kurdistan Region of conflict on the export of oil.

The Iraqi government approved last October draft financial budget of the country for the next year in 2016 worth 106 trillion dinars, or about $ 95 billion, and a projected deficit of 23 trillion dinars, the equivalent of about $ 20.6 billion.

And built the budget figures based on the speculative price for oil per barrel is $ 45, and the export amount of 3.6 million barrels per day of crude oil exported from within by the province of Kurdistan.

If the HCL was indeed involved in the constitution they can take 6 months off instead of a year! They deserve it, and hopefully will have lots of money to spend in the Bahamas!
