It is not that "these guys can't get anything done." The corrupt are holding any reform back and in turn making Abadi look bad, and are pushing for Abadi's impeachment, which will not happen. Progress is the enemy of many on the Finance Committee.

Iraqis are not stupid people. They are being strangled by corruption and greed, as they hae been for centuries.

I couldn't agree more carrello. It's not that hard to figure out that as soon as Abadi makes a step in the right direction he gets some MP's who are opposed to it, because it will upset their status quo and probably expose them for the lying, thieving peices of Shiite that they really are. They all want to eliminate corruption, just not theirs. Allawi is another one. That guy wants to wants to suspend government every time he gets a wrinkle in his camel skin panties. I thought Abadi eliminated his position but that camel shagger just won't go away. I have yet to see him contribute anything more than opposition to the governmental process.
