Jubouri said in a press statement he was "disappointed by the delay in submitting the names of the cabinet reshuffle," adding, "Do not settle for the deputies to be only raise their hands to vote on the government without a real assessment of the ministers and candidates." The Jubouri that "the House of Representatives does not assume responsibility in the absence of a vote of confidence today for the government because of the delay in submitting the names."
