lost one
Funny how they will work through a hostel take over and mahem, but they won't pass the budget on time to be able to feed the masses. And also if Maliki lost the in the election, than who won. and why do they have to take vote on who is the new PM. Alot doesn't make sense.
jobug38
They didn't pass the budget after the elections because they didn't want Maliki stealing the wealth of the nation. Today I believe is the end of Maliki, he didn't get the state of emergency and to jafari lifted the immunity of the parliament. The new Parliament will decide what's going to happen June 30 in the new government. They saw through maliki's plan and are working together against his tyranny. This is good. Now the CBI has stated that reserves are safe no worries and the country is stronger together than divided and Democracy wins. As soon has Maliki is gone and I do mean gone they will hunt him down just like Saddam and he will probably be hung also especially since this little attempt to keep him in as PM. MyLadiesDaddy
Lost one According to the Iraqi constitution the people vote for individual parliament members And those members belong to one block or another. Once parliament is set which Ever block has the largest amount of members will pick the Prime Minister.

429
Lost one According to the Iraqi constitution the people vote for individual parliament members And those members belong to one block or another. Once parliament is set which Ever block has the largest amount of members will pick the Prime Minister. Just a quick addition here LGD: PM has to be put in by a majority - half plus one - of Members of Parliament. Since no "bloc" has an outright majority (the largest bloc is SOL - Maliki's bloc) they cobble together alliances and work together to find someone who can be PM and form a government. No other bloc wants to support Maliki and SOL at this point. Now watch the rats leave a sinking ship. JMO.
