TennesseeCherokee
All part of the plan......gotta get all the other banks doing the foreign currency exchanges so the CBI can take this thing international. It's going our way......not as fast as we'd like, but moving forward.

Applications for all banks.... What type of application? Provided a window.... What type of window? to the sale of foreign currency.... I take it this is foreign currency trading. including banks that did not report their capital reduction... What capital reduction are they referring to? Ambiguous at best. FROM MY EXPERIENCE: "Application to" = A call too "Provided a window" = within a certain amount of time; ex; one week, two weeks, etc. "capital reduction" = holdings of capital, and I believe in this context it means currency reduction

TBomb
What do you think the deletion of three zeros from the Iraqi currency? Step in the right direction 75% - [2633] Wrong move 12% - [420] Something that will not affect 12.7% - [443] Total votes 3496 http://www.dananernews.com/News_Details.php?ID=4468 Now if only they'd just do it, for crying out loud!! dontlop
I remember reading about the old Kuwait dinar on a Kuwait central bank law link They had an exchange period for I think a year But then they could exchange them for up to 10 years at the cash window of the Kuwait central bank after that 10 years the old Kuwait dinar was demonetized I don't think they are talking about that kind if window maybe some type of time frame But who knows the translations are sometimes misleading Or an opertunity for a time period a window of opertunity todo something that was over looked or over due FROM MY EXPERIENCE: "Application to" = A call too"Provided a window" = within a certain amount of time; ex; one week, two weeks, etc."capital reduction" = holdings of capital, and I believe in this context it means currency reduction.
