As for those 2 CBI "announcements" - wonder why they did not think it necessary to put them in English on the site, too?

 

Unless they wrote it out in long hand, we couldn't identify any date or rate....

 

Hope they weren't resignation letters or Internal Memos saying The Turki is outta there ! 

 

Maybe another memo about more Bankers Holidays....

Remember everything right to left in Arabic.  Between both of these docs, I only see one set of numbers that doesn't appear to be a date (associated with first link) and that would be (if I've got this correctly from the above link)  1.51  Because I can't read the text surrounding this number, it may have NOTHING to do with a monetary value.  If I find this has been quoted by me as a rate on other sites..I'm going to be livid and will take action.

Socal..you did great!!!  I opened up the "To / money transfer companies approved all the (information)" and, to me the date this was composed looks like a backwards 9/4/13..I don't see any Arabic numbers that look anything like this on the Arabic numbers link I posted earlier.  That means they wanted disclosures of account holders (or some kind of account relationships) by today...or three days from date of publication, which would be, uhhhh..tomorrow ;-).  We'll see, I'm not sure it means much.  Please thank your friend for us. You're great!!!
