Author and political commentator and scholar at the American Enterprise Institute

Obama tried in a speech during the month of May last year at the University of National Defense, to differentiate between what he called the "rule of origin" which he said is on its way to defeat, and between the branches of other less serious from the point of view, such as "Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula" that does not represent a major threat along the lines of the Sept. 11 attacks. Thus Luxury Obama in a speech that "the rule of origin is not today only tunic of what it was in the past," adding that they "were not behind the attacks of Benghazi, which targeted the U.S. consulate, and she was standing behind the process of Boston," asserting that al-Qaeda original "preoccupied with securing themselves More than planning attacks against America. "

But when you consider the fact of the matter and follow-up, "Al-Qaeda" and its subsidiaries discover a reality other than the one sought Obama filmed, According to a report recently published newspaper "The Washington Post", was planned terrorist expectancy, which prompted the United States to close their embassies in a number of countries in the Middle East and the evacuation of diplomats Americans, measure Khalifa bin Laden, the head of "Al-Qaeda", Ayman al-Zawahiri, who gave his instructions to the leader of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, Nasser al, to carry out attacks and the targeting of U.S. embassies that he had the opportunity.

Here, we have to نتمهل little to put things in perspective, فالتنظيم which he described Obama Balosali It was considered that on the way to extinction and extinction, is given instructions to launch a possible attack considered U.S. officials "the biggest threat faced by the United States since the September 11 attacks."

The more, the report adds, "The Washington Post", the person who sent him Zawahiri instructed to strike American targets in the region, which Louhichi, was originally a private secretary to bin Laden, which leads us to ask the following question: Is not private secretary to bin Laden part of " rule of origin ", which Obama has sought to separate them from their branches less serious?

Not only newspaper included by the fact that Louhichi was a aides bin Laden associates and that was with him in Afghanistan when it launched America's attack on the "Taliban", but also noted that promoted by al-Zawahiri to become the second man in the organization, and thus becomes the leader of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula who make America raise the degree of preparedness in anticipation of the imminent danger, which is considered the most threatening since the Sept. 11 attacks, is also the leader of al-Qaeda second in the original.

The truth is that things except fallacies Obama remains crystal clear, what the foundations of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, is the leader of al-Qaeda Originally, receives instructions from the first man who succeeded bin Laden at the head of the organization Global, which is today, any Louhichi, the second man in this organization .

This is illustrated by more than a researcher at the Institute, "American Enterprise," Catherine Zimmerman, saying that the rule of origin are not those located in Pakistan only, as it is known for its elements moving continuous from one place to another, as was the case in the nineties of the last century when it left the al Qaeda leadership Sudan to Afghanistan, and then after the Sept. 11 attacks to Pakistan, and today many live al-Qaeda Michttin the around the world, including Yemen.

In sum, what Obama said about the original defeat al Qaeda and not Cklleha to great danger on America يجافي the right thing and not about the reality of the situation, then why Obama insists on the distinction between the original base and its various branches around the world, particularly al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula?

The answer is found in the willingness of Obama to end the war on terror, which he described in a letter the National Defense University as "a battle without end" should put an end to it, in that speech, said Obama's strategy clearly, he wants to withdraw from Afghanistan and stop attacks carried out by unmanned aircraft over Pakistan , but also seeks to abolish the law passed by Congress after the September 11, allows the use of military force in limited cases without resorting to the legislative authority.

The problem is that if the rule of origin is still active and threaten U.S. national security and a far cry from the weakness and fading, and if the rule in its version of origin identical with its subsidiaries other in the Arabian Peninsula, or others, it will be difficult for Obama to end the war on terror, so it looks that the administration only تجتر discourse old refined, which was adopted by the critics of the plan to increase U.S. troops in Iraq through 2007, then argued left in Washington that al-Qaeda in Iraq is not the rule of origin, and the motive behind this chapter was to justify the withdrawal from Iraq before the defeat al Qaeda.

This position, which distinguishes between two bases and employed politically to justify withdrawal without achieving military objectives, different Hdhiraa to understand the former president, George W. Bush, who said in a speech that "Al-Qaeda in Iraq, led by foreign elements loyal to bin Laden," and then explained: "If it was called al-Qaeda in Iraq, it is because it is the same rule and not structured else. "

So what did not defeat al-Qaeda in all its arms extended in the region including, the Arabian Peninsula, will continue to be dangerous and will remain an ongoing war against it and necessary.

We left Iraq to early it is that plain and simple. Obama is in la, la, land most of the time and with no military experience of his own, he needs to listen to his generals before they pack up and leave. Maybe he needs to take a trip to Iraq himself and get a first hand look as to what is going on but, he would rather be golfing with his buddies, or taking another trip to Hawaii on our nickel. I wish someone could slap him silly like his mother and spank him. To me he is on that level right now.

Agreed.

Obama is in la, la, land most of the time and with no military experience of his own,

He hates Our Military.

He has his own army comprised of U.N. and radical muslims embedded here in the U.S. waiting for his orders to rise up.

he needs to listen to his generals before they pack up and leave.

He demoted, forced retired, re-assigned and broke every decent General we had.

All that is left are yes-men lackey-types willing doing his bidding.

Maybe he needs to take a trip to Iraq himself and get a first hand look as to what is going on but,

Being an inherent coward - this would never fly.

He sends in Biden, because THAT village idiot is expendable.

As a result - the office of the POTUS is a laughing stock overseas.

he would rather be golfing with his buddies, or taking another trip to Hawaii on our nickel.

He is incapable of taking care of The People's business.

He knows he cannot be touched - because his "handlers" would never allow it, so he is on

a permanent lark....

livin' the high life - not doin' WORK.

I wish someone could slap him silly like his mother and spank him. To me he is on that level right now.

He does not even have the decency to be ashamed.

He is clinically insane.  His arrogance knows no bounds.

He is a child in a man's body, having been left to raise himself and faced with conflicting ideals

growing up -- he is a mental midget and a mental mess.

He is a robot -- he was created by the only people who would have him - the socialists and commies

who would prey on and recruit his kind FOR THEIR USE AND PURPOSES.

He is what they built - perfectly designed to go FORWARD with their evil plan for Our Republic.

There is NOTHING REAL about him except that --- they saw to it.....

we are in trouble...he does not have military experience, and who has he in his cabinet that does?  bush didn't either, but notice who he put in his cabinet...i dont' know what obamas agenda is for the US but his actions are louder than his words and they are not pro US.   he reminds me of a manager i worked for, to get out of accountability...he would create crisis, blames the opposition, and dance around the answers...wow, not only my manager, but maliki and obama have a lot in common...i don't think obama is murdering folks at will like maliki is though....

there are many of us fed up with our government...and it don't matter who we vote in, corporate america will bleed us dry until we sovereig-nize ourselves.  They have totally enslaved us and the majority of us don't even have a clue.

The agreement to leave Iraq when we did was made between the Bush administration and the GOI well before Obama was first elected. Furthermore, the GOI insisted we leave. I'm not trying to defend Obama, just keepin' it real.

 Agree

This is all part of a much larger plan that was hatched a long time ago... NOT defending him... just that Maliki does not seem to be going along with it.

This is an opinion piece, not a news piece.  I'm not an Obama fan, but it doesn't change the fact this is an opinion piece and not a news piece.  It means nothing regarding any potential RV.  Thanks for bringing it Yota, but there is nothing here folks, move along.

Correct. The agreement was signed in June of 2008 that we would be out of Iraq by NLT December 31, 2011. The last year there was major disagrrements in the GOI regarding us leaving. A lot of Iraqis felt that we were leaving way to soon. Obama did offer to stay if they invited us to. I hate to give him credit for anything, but I am willing to give anyone their dues.
