• Last Monday, the theme of the call was security, however, it’s not correct to say that Iraq must be 100% before the rate can be released

• Frank told us that 5 drones were sent into Iraq – now we see the evidence in the newspapers, saying that the drones were effective and got their target

• Also, Frank told us I Team brought back security people from SA; they have been working to re-train the security forces and troops in Iraq to remove M

• Frank also told us a couple of months ago, that I Teams brought back 2 packages, 1 believed to contain evidence against M

• Frank told us last week that the time frame of study is AFTER Eid; we will start to see things happening with M, with security, and other things

• This is a lava flow that cannot be stopped – when S was at the UN and BKM signed the documents, a date and rate was set; it cannot be stopped

• Going back 2 weeks, we saw embassies on high alert, and then closed; Frank told us it had nothing to do with the RV, it was to set a trap for Al Q and other bad people at the GOI; then last week we saw news article stating warrant sent out for the arrest of M – but no one had the guts to go serve the warrant – but recall that his security detail has been re-trained, and now today we see an article with a rumor that Iran put out a hit on M

• Who is M’s only friend and fall-back position? Iran… and now the news that Iran has a new president and he wants to settle the nuclear proliferation issue with the USA/UN, and the rumor article that Iran tried to assassinate M!

• The traps set with the embassy closure were successful

• Article: PM M tours military post in the outskirts of Baghdad, can he rise above the sectarian divisions in Iraq? No

• Article: after almost 8 years in power, M is showing signs he never wants to leave; now Iran has backed away from him

• Article: M supporters squashed a bill in parliament which limits PM to 2 terms; Article: M shows signs he does not want to share power

• Frank made it very clear: M’s presence does not determine the date of the rate – it was set as soon as BKM signed the docs while S was at the UN, and Iraq was released from CH7; M DOES NOT DETERMINE THE DATE

• Qi cards (Visa logo) have been passed out since March, and recently, they have been loaded – but they are not activated yet

• The Qi cards are loaded with IQD – if loaded with USD, they cannot use it inside Iraq; so, loaded with IQD and just waiting on the date when the rate comes out; all is building up to the release of the rate, and activation of the Qi cards

• Almost every week Qi cards are passed out to a different group (retirees, police, etc) but they are not activated – everything we need to know about our investment is wrapped up in the Qi cards.. tariff laws, HCL, LD’s, etc

• The parliament is doing their job, they are working on passing laws and they know that M is out of the equation, that he is not in control, that he is to be no more

• Article: Economic parliamentary reason to disrupt the laws – there is something that Kurdistan is not happy about which needs to be resolved

• Article: ration cards loaded with additional money; the Qi cards not active yet because they contain the rate, so more money to tide over the citizens was added to the ration cards

• Walkingstick post 158, Article: National meeting as a stage to make an announcement to be held in the next few days to save the political process and the country, all political blocs will be invited to attend and asking all parties to seek convergence; M may posture and try to insert himself into this process,

• The counterfeiting that has been going on is really minor, and very easy to find as there are so many security features

and when local banks take it in and pass onto the CBI, it throws things out of balance; very good possibility the article actually refers to the USD, not IQD

• Article: Zebari (Iraqi Foreign Minister) is to visit USA next week – PAY ATTENTION to this, follow it; why would he be going to DC before or after a national meeting??

• Ramadan had more deaths than any other month of the year, set off by M, and everyone knows it; now new security gives hope

• Frank’s post from Saturday: calmness felt, and calm returning with security doing their jobs after re-training; this is the time for us to be calm, remain calm, let calmness permeate – and do not be unsettled by other websites or “gurus”

• Frank’s opinion that the national meeting will hold many surprises; tomorrow Frank will be dressed in all red

• OPEC oil production is down – do we think that the Powers That Be will allow this? NO; this is why security was brought in and M now runs from the Lone Ranger; to limit a perpetual money-making machine is very dangerous; look for the national meeting and the pulling of the 3 zeros from the IQD

• M came out and said he is not aware of anyone wanting to kill him – but a document came out with the plans

• Fireman778 post 253 asked for the “Frank-O-Meter” reading from the old KTFM days? Frank said there is nothing else to be done, in his opinion

• Frank read the I Team report: They are more than secure, the drones hit their targets; the Qi cards are being passed out daily; I Team is no longer in Baghdad, their job is done, they are in Yemen now; they reported that the solution to M is a bullet, and it’s authorized

• Forum members have joked around with asking for a date, and Frank gave 3: the 1st, the 15th and the 30th – pay attention to the media, the national meeting may take place on the 15th, the 30th or the 1st these are time frames for study

• The 2013 budget does not have the rate, but the 2014 – 2018 budgets do have the new rate

• In Frank’s OPINION, IN COUNTRY, the rate will be 1 IQD:1 USD; $0.00086 is the current rate IQD:USD move the decimal 3 places to the right, and it’s $0.86; the program rate is 1166, move 3 decimals to the left, and it’s $1.16 USD to IQD but this will not satisfy the budget!

A minimum rate of $3.22 is needed to meet the budget; in 2004, the IQD was lowered in value; due to inflation, adding 20% to the rate from 2004 is necessary, and adding 20% takes the number to $3.86; these numbers make sense; it’s not a rate it’s a study and calculation!

• Tomorrow Delta will report on the dinner that he had, but realize that the man he dined with does not know the rate or the date, but he does know there is a date; even the ministers do not know the date!

• The AoP will not allow any delays, they know M is being taken care of; they are watching the IMF and CBI work together

• Eagle1 reminded us that a few weeks back, there were several efforts to implement the global currency reset, and it crashed each time; they tried again a week ago Sunday night, and ForEx crashed and was down for 12 hours

• Realize the ForEx is a group of privately owned companies and it is not working, so the families that own the central banks globally got together and agreed to bring in the ForEx on to their server; these families purchased most, if not all, the private ForEx companies and formed the “CIX” Central International Exchange

• The CIX is now the umbrella organization, like a separate entity but is not, it’s a cover organization that links the IMF and the ForEx; the CIX is Basel III compliant and running Babylon II software; the people in charge of the CIX are making changes on the ForEx, and Thurs, Fri and Sat of last week they did several dry runs to be sure that all is working;

the heads of the major banks were watching these dry runs and they were sure the rate was ready to pop, some private bankers from LARGE banks even called in major investors and for appointments fully expecting to exchange;

 these major investors took in currency and a few were even given credit in their account with and administration hold, expecting the GCR to be released soon

• Are they going to try again to release the GCR? Yes; Will it be tonight? Eagle1 doesn’t know; this GCR was expected to have been done some time ago, and there is aggravation that it hasn’t happened yet

• Frank: the AoP got fed up with the slow lava flow and decided to speed it up!

• What Eagle1 just presented explains the many times we have seen currencies disappear, high currency values appear and then go back down

• Ramjet asked E1 how could the CIX computer programming happen so quickly? How could the changes all be made and be up and running in 2 weeks?

E1 replied that this plan has been in place for months and the software already written; the CIX is overseeing, but all the ForEx sites will still remain, the 0CIX is the umbrella that will monitor the ForEx;

all they did was step up the implementation of this plan from this fall to now as there were too many fumbles with the different private companies of the ForEx, so the central banks stepped in and took control

• E1 reply to Bluestar’s question: With the GCR rates, we will start to see the price of imported goods creep up, but when people will really feel it in their pocket books is in October when the new $100 bill comes out;

the money will not be removed from our accounts, in his opinion, we will NOT go to bed with $10,000 and wake up with $5,000, however the $10,000 will spend only as far as $5,000; in E1’s opinion, prices will escalate, and buying power will decrease

• Bluestar asked how E1 can be so confident in the GCR? E1 replied that the bankers are seeing these changes happening, and when BKM signed the docs and released Iraq from CH7,

a lot of movement and changes occurred, the European NEX signed with Iraq, the assignment of IQN symbol, there have been many changes; there is no going back now

• Frank read a portion of delta’s report, that an announcement will come in Sept and it will come from the IMF

• Andy asked a question posted by Coolcatnusa: what happens to debt when the USD revalues?

Eagle1 is not sure how it will be treated, whether it will effectively double, it’s not known, but all that E1 has heard is that the NUMBER ONE PRIORITY IS TO GET OUT OF DEBT;

from what E1 has heard, in many cases debt will remain constant, but depending on where the debt originates, it may increase; remember that today’s money is “valueless” so use today’s money to immediately pay off debt, and conserve the USD that will have real value after October

• Ramjet asked when the IQD rate comes out, is it expected to rise over the next months? Is it going to continue to increase? E1: in his opinion, if you have other currencies like the VND, use it first, and hold onto as much IQD as possible as it is predicted to continue to go up in value

• the investment night portion will move to Monday; we will have investment night on Monday from 7 – 8 PM, and then the IQD update from 8 – 9:30 or 10 PM Eastern; Tuesday will be unchanged, Bible study followed by IQD update, and THERE WILL BE NO CALL ON WEDNESDAYS
