Why can't they just get it done how long do they have have to drag this out? All the awesome things we can do to help people and  give Jesus all the praise and glory that he deserves because only through him is this possible.

I sort of feel like I am talking to myself but after doing some research on this law they will pass probably tomorrow, I thought I would finish with what I know.  It is kind of interesting.

The House of Mesopotamia was the name of the company that printed Saddam's dinar.  As we all know Saddam printed his own currency.  House of Mesopotamia could be referring to the Iraqi government or an actual printing company.  More importantly it has nothing to do with their currency, which was what peaked my curiosity.  What they are doing is the printers or printing house will be printing educational things and so forth.  This keeps it up and running and keeping people employed.  CBI is specific, they use companies out of Switzerland for their currency.

 

In a nutshell this is something that seemed to be put on the shelf for two years and as they said they would are now passing laws once lost in the shuffle.  Kind of clearing the books I think, which leads me to believe finishing up what they did not do yesterday.  That is a good thing.

Once again, this may not mean an RV, we wait to see what they are up to.  But damn it sure will bring stability to Iraq, and that is a very good thing, because no matter what they do, float their boats, RV, RD, RI they need the fires put out.  Company is coming doncha know!  Positive stuff!

As far as I understand it, we need the Federation Council to be formed and seated. They will ratify remaining laws like the HCL, I believe. The FC will be the final piece to the GOI puzzle and Maliki will finally be wrangled. Tomorrow should be epic for our big picture.

Thanks Zig! As always you have great insight! I'm kinda thinking before Ramadan, but like you said...this is Iraq. Guess we will wait and see! There is def a new wind blowing and I'm loving it!

As I am.  It may not happen before Ramadan, parliament may not be working during that time, but I will bet you work will be getting done.  HCL, Erbil and 140 is a big deal.  They want it clear, concise, and can't be muddled up with red tape.  These agreements are not just for today but the future, it is the fabric to Iraq's wholeness.  Sooooo important.  Once again we must be patient, this is a country, that's interest has nothing to do with an RV, but a people.

As far as I understand it, we need the Federation Council to be formed and seated. They will ratify remaining laws like the HCL, I believe. The FC will be the final piece to the GOI puzzle and Maliki will finally be wrangled. Tomorrow should be epic for our big picture.

Don't be so sure about Maliki......his motivations may have been dramatized and not at all his dream for the finish line.
