ARE YOU MAD AT PRESIDENT OBAMA?

Now, since Mr. Obama's election, all of a sudden, folks have gotten mad, and want to take America Back...BACK TO WHAT/BACK TO WHERE is my question?

After The 8 Years Of The Bush/Cheney Disaster, Now You Get Mad?

You didn't get mad when the Supreme Court stopped a legal recount and appointed a President. It would probably have been just as bad under a Gore presidency as it has been under the Obama one. Gore is the dufus who "invented the internet." Remember?

You didn't get mad when Cheney allowed Energy company officials to dictate Energy policy and push us to invade Iraq. You don't know that.

You didn't get mad when we illegally invaded a country that posed no threat to us. Helloooo!! Even congress agreed that Saddam was a threat with WMDs.

You didn't get mad when we spent over 800 billion (and counting) on said illegal war. It was only illegal in the minds of people who wanted us to tolerate WMDs since even Kerry and a large number of other Dems voted for us to go to war.

You didn't get mad when Bush borrowed more money from foreign sources than the previous 42 Presidents combined. Sure we did. Don't you remember? That's why we voted for Obama, who then borrowed several times the amount Bush borrowed, and he did it in a much shorter time.

You didn't get mad when over 10 billion dollars in cash just disappeared in Iraq. I don't recall this, but we recently got mad when trillions of American dollars disappeared in the banking system, with the blessings of the Obama administration.

You didn't get mad when Bush embraced trade and outsourcing policies that shipped 6 million American jobs out of the country. But we got mad when Obama closed our energy production down which also lost a large number of American jobs and when he refused to do anything to stop the oil leak in the Gulf for months.

You didn't get mad when they didn't catch Bin Laden. But we got mad when Obama used this for press releases and put our brave American lives in jeopardy, ruined our reputation with people in other countries who helped us, and bragged about what "I" did until we were sick of watching him claim credit for all of it, with very little credit going to the brave Seals who actually did do it. .

You didn't get mad when Bush rang up 10 trillion dollars in combined budget and current account deficits. How do you know? This may be why so many people swallowed Obama's mantra of "hope and change." And look what we got? A president who has added many billions of dollars more to our debt to China, and who has given us nothing for it, who spent all our money paying back his union cronies, and who later joked about there being no "shovel ready" jobs to be had.

You didn't get mad when you saw the horrible conditions at Walter Reed. Sure we did. And that is why we chose to spend a huge amount of money to bring that old building and it's services up to date.

You didn't get mad when we let a major US city, New Orleans, drown. You're on shifting ground here since even just last week, Obama continued on with 7 more presidential campaign stops before taking time to go to New Orleans to see the tornado damage. Obama is so "presidential" that he even allowed Mitt Romney to go there before he would take his own time to do it. And in case you have forgotten, why don't you ask Bobby Jindal about Obama's stellar performance regarding the coast of Louisiana in the gulf oil spill?

You didn't get mad when we gave people who had more money than they could spend, the 1%, over a trillion dollars in tax breaks.

That's because they tend heavily to be the ones who build businesses and create jobs. It's just the American way of building our country.

You didn't get mad with the worst 8 years of job creations in several decades. True, but we had a president who devoted his administration to keeping us safe. Obama has attempted to undo all that President Bush did in that regard, so now we stand exposed and vulnerable to our terrorist enemies. And Obama has greatly compounded the numbers of job losses we felt during the adminstration of President Bush.

You didn't get mad when over 200,000 US Citizens lost their lives because they had no health insurance. That is not true. Americans without health insurance can go to any hospital and get treatment at any time. I know this because my son had a plane wreck and was badly hurt, and he not only recieved a free helicoptor ride to a major hospital in the nearest city , but once there, he received the very best of care, with no insurance at all.

You didn't get mad when lack of oversight and regulations from the Bush Administration caused US Citizens to lose 12 trillion dollars in investments, retirement, and home values. Haven't you noticed yet, Carrello? There is no bad situation that Obama hasn't compounded to make incredibly worse.

You finally got mad when a black man was elected President and decided that people in America deserved the right to see a doctor if they are sick. Yes, illegal wars, lies, corruption, torture, job losses by the millions, stealing your tax dollars to make the rich richer, and the worst economic disaster since 1929 are all okay with you, but helping fellow Americans who are sick... Oh, Hell No! color="#FF0000"]No?? Hmmmm . . . Well, we got mad when a man who promised us so much hope tried to substitute socialism. We got mad when he blatantly tried to turn our country into a Third World Nation. We got mad when he tried to cram down our thoats a health bill, using his stooges, Pelosi and Reid, to force it on us even though he clearly knew we didn't want it, and while doing this, they shamefully hid behind closed doors, so that, according to Pelosi, we would "have to pass it so [we] could find out what's in it." They forced out all Republican officials who represented 50% of American voters. At home, we sat and watched in horror as not a single Republican was even allowed to participate in creating this monstrosity . . . err . . . bill. It is the biggest, most raw, vile power grab in American history, and we are going to repeal it. Oh, Hell Yes!!

And meantime, Carrello, as we have always done, because Americans are the most generous nation on earth, we will help our nation's needy, including those who suffer health issues and have no insurance. Now . . . please read that again, so you can observe carefully--not one complaint was blamed on Obama's blackness. That just doesn't factor into the equation now, nor did it then. [/color]

I apologize that I couldn't make the correction to change the font color on my last two paragraphs. They are as follows:

No?? Hmmmm . . . Well, we got mad when a man who promised us so much hope tried to substitute socialism. We got mad when he blatantly tried to turn our country into a Third World Nation. We got mad when he tried to cram down our thoats a health bill, using his stooges, Pelosi and Reid, to force it on us even though he clearly knew we didn't want it, and while doing this, they shamefully hid behind closed doors, so that, according to Pelosi, we would "have to pass it so [we] could find out what's in it." That's where you are very sadly mistaken.

Some of us have been desperately trying "open eyes" for decades.

You think this individual freedom loving American wanted to be oppressed by a police state?

Too many people were so freaking polarized that they refused to see past "party" lines.

Now, the great O experiment has failed, and he has been exposed as nothing but to communist puppet, people have finally begun to realize there is almost no difference.

Both "sides" want to control and oppress. It is tyranny in either direction.

It's time for you to look past the unrealistic socialist dream, it has NEVER worked, and it never will.

The Republican party was hijacked by the GOP, just as the Democrats were sold to the progressives.

We are trying to take politics away from the politicians by voting in constitutional representatives.

If you have a problem with the constitution and bill of rights, perhaps it's time for you to move, I hear China and North Korea are looking for good drones..

You are sooo much more than welcome, my friend, Yota691!! it was my pleasure to rebut such nonsense.

Francie26, you can have all my pluses + as well. Awesome job. In fact my words actually. Good job my friend.;)

We just need to get this country back on track and this election will be the time to do this. We may not all agree on some issues, but I think we all agree that this country is our America and we can't give up on it.

Carrello, this is one thread we can say we agree to disagree. :)

Carrello angry.gif Democrats are not allowed to post their views here... let alone say the word 'Black"!!!

You will now have to take your royal flogging ... tisk... tisk

biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

Maggie, I think it's pretty obvious that saying the word "black" is not a problem here. Nor is saying "black man," black woman," or even the more general "black person." But what is not tolerated is blaming people for being against Obama's policies and actions by claiming their complaints are simply because he is black. That tacky use of the "race card" is overkill, don't cha' think???

Slam dunk Francie!!

Thanks much, bamagirl!! :)

No Corrello, I did not get mad at bush for the things that you outlined. I did get mad at him for someof the stuff he did. That crap you listed is a just a bunch of liar misquotes, some are near truth, some are just true lies. You need to do a little more research and get a handle on who is responsible for what. First of all the President has no authority to spend a nickle with out congress and senare in tow. That my libtard friend is a fact! Corello you need to quit waching the msnbscbsnbcabc. That will screw your head up like a hippy smoking things that are illegal. The next thing you need to do is fact check, before you go and show show every body hoe ignorant you are. Please corello go sit down. Take a deep breath and shut the hell up. You are decoming such a distraction here. I am about to pull my hair out, and I am an old bald fat man. Get a grip GGGGEEEEZzzzzzzzzzzzz! :peace:

Don't get caught up in the HYPE!!!! :shakehead:

Mitt Romney is a joke open your eyes :banhammer:

I have had several jobs over the past 45 years and the government created none of them.

Maybe the cause of our high unemployment rate, the government is trying to take over the private sector.

If you are waiting for the government to create a job for you, lots of luck.

How did we get to a position (delusional) where we think the government is Santa Clause?

I didn't imply you were missing sleep.

I'm saying you are misinformed.

Misinformed people don't have any trouble sleeping.

It's time to start helping yourself.

Others a tiring from carrying you.
