Agreed Theseus, Irag is not alone in the RI or RV. There are other entity's involved, everyone needs to have hands on deck and agree including finalizing the HCL, which if the Kurds continue to agree to there percentage. It wouldn't take much to finish that part. Its all about timing, they only have one shot at this. And they need to get it correct.

I think by holding up on bringing anymore ammunition and training there military and F16 parts is a great. I say start squeezing them by thy throat until they see stars, and hold that squeeze for a good 3 mnths with some additional kicks to the groins.
