Not as of now !! People keep missing this point. Until the IQD hits FOREX, NO ONE will touch this. The IQD is not PRESENTLY an internationally traded currency. However when it is an accepted Internationally traded currency in the near future that will all change. As of now do NOT call banks because they are not interested at this time because of that reason. You will waste your time as well as their time. At this point your time is better spent on studying Iraqs geo-political place in the world.

I would definately read Adams book RV INTEL if you have not by now. It has a complete st of instructions to follow for this. I have family who recently did this a few weeks ago and had no problem. I opened mine a few years ago. Try to learn about the ISX , its in the book too.

I am sorry I misread your question. Email a signed letter telling warka to deduct xxxx amount from your IQD account and its acct number. Example.......Please purchase 1 000 000 IQD of Bank Of Baghdad stock and deduct it from my account # xxxxxxx. Now remember a few things, there is a 200,000 share minimum, you will not always get as much as you want, make sure the stock is trading, dont place orders on friday and sat, a good source to easily see the stocks that are trading is www.rabeesecurities.com . The ISX also has a site but they can be confusing at times. Lastly I think hotels are expensive stock to purchase right now. Start with some banks. Be patient ...

All the info given in Adams book for warka is correct so just follow that. That swift looks correct however I would double check it. If you havent gotten Adams book RV INTEL you really need to get it. You are making an investment and you need to be up on everything. Its cheap money. Good luck you are on the right track.
