Hi I am trying to pay for a Platinum membership but the your e-cart wont let me go beyond the shipping information because it comes up with an error message. Because there is no fedex shipping destination for my address it tells me that no shipping option has been selected. Please help. Regards Vonda

Your help section indicated I can find a link to contact staff or moderators at the bottom of the main page. I cannot find this link. I have recently re-subscribed for 6 months , however, on viewing my visa statement it shows that a double payment has gone through. Can someone contact me regarding this. Regards Wazza

Just a question for anyone who has had a Warka account for a while. I have had my Warka account for approximately 6 months but as yet have not had any interest paid into the account. Does anybody know how it is paid, i.e. annually or 6 monthly if at all. Thank you in advance.

I have been trying to set up an e-bank account access, my first request began on the 23rd of December. I have since sent the required docs 2 more times and sent a further 3 emails but cannot get a response. I have sent them to Mr I, e-banking dept and c.services. Is anyone else having this sort of problem? This does not bode well for future transaction post RV if we are trying to get money out this bank!!
