fnbplanet
What they need are Bounty Hunters that are accountants to recover stolen funds. They keep 1% of whatever they get returned, with full law enforcement powers. Find $1 billion? Keep $10 million of it. Don't like Sunnis? Go after Sunni theives. Gotta beef with Kurds? Go after 'em! There's plenty of guilty parties to choose from!

skeetdog
Thanks Yota....Is there any real doubt why there isn't any "Parliamentary Integrity"...to recover 'waisted' money and contraband...It could be the same reason the HCL hasn't been able to get approved in the past decade...Because nobody wants to condemn themselves and give up the money-cow...The wealth of Iraq is and has been lining the pockets of the very people that are suppose to protect it...Hopefully, Iraq has paid their dues in the past quarter-century of sanctions...Looks like the TPTB are setting their sights on Iran now and will let the Iraqi economy become legitimate...jmho

zzztop
The reason for this is that THEY ARE ALL GUILTY!!! If they themselves were not stealing, close family members, friends, and imams were.
