Strauss Kahn is french and John Lipsky (the acting head of the IMF) is american. My opinion is Khan didn't want playball with the Iraqi dinar RV so our government decided to replace him with a good ole american man that will push things forward, because why would Khan rape a maid and he can just buy a hooker like every other Politician?????
