Frank’s call from Wednesday 27, 2011

Frank went

over last nights info briefly.

At 8:15 this

morning Maliki was seen on internet and TV stating "lifting 3 0's is good

for Iraq – and we need to accelerate the raising of the value of our

currency"… He said that everyone is in agreement with the ministers

he has chosen. (Frank told us that last night).

With

regards to the auction – it has been low enough. I guess what people are

suppose to do is take the amount which I believe he said was $52,000,000 that

we read and divide that by the # of banks which hmmmmm = 40,000,000.

I get

lost in the conversions and auctions…

So using

that formula – there was a low auction Sunday, Monday, Tuesday AND today.

Frank does not think Sundays US Holiday was the Holiday that Shabs was

referring to a couple years ago when he said what would take place prior to the

RV/I. HOWEVER, this coming Sunday – which happens to be the 1st of May

(no other Sunday falls on the first – which is their Monday right…) AND that

happens to also be a holiday there in Iraq. Hmmmmmmmm. Frank says

Iraq has a pattern of breaking patterns – so of course they would break the

pattern of revaluing on the last Thurs of April. Sunday is the perfect

time to start the process. 3 days later will be Wed the 4th allowing them

to prepare to release on Thurs. the 5th.

Radio

program today – interviewed Saleh. He in the past has been a "thorn

in Shabibi's side". He rejected everything Shabs would put

out. "NO you can't lift the 3 0's". "No you can't

release the lower denoms"… anything Shabibi would do to keep this on track

was met with opposition from Saleh. Until yesterday. Now he is

saying "we are ready to do this".

Selah

was questioned on radio about this… He LOUDLY proclaimed "We are in charge

and now is the time and we will do it NOW to ease the problems of our

people!".

On TV

today – much more happened.

At 2:15(EST)

this afternoon – most of us didn't pay attention to Bernanke's speech.

Many stations didn't even cover it. While he was doing his speech,

Sahbibi made an appearance on Iraqiya TV. Franks team said before

2:15(EST) there was nothing happening. No news at all. Dead.

But then Shabs came on and said they are ?getting?

or they are out of Chapter 7. They are ready to submit their

reports. He talked about other dates … about Maliki being in Korea to get

help to rebuild Iraq – but no mention of the 6 ministers. Yes, Frank says

his team confirmed that the Borders were closed – but the team says that is

nothing unusual. They do it all the time to get extra "visa"

revenues.

But Shabibi

came out at the same time that Bernanke was talking here – and they were saying

basically the same things. Shabibi

is the "voice" of Iraq and the CBI. Shabs said the

"lifting of the 3 0's has been a great success". Franks Team

reports and other FORUMS report that Shabs mentioned lower denoms. Frank

said – "You DON"T DO THAT, unless you are READY to revalue or RI".

Then it was

interesting – Frank threw in… By the way, I spoke with Ali and asked him

"Can I trade 25K and 10K notes for lower denoms? Ali said –

"absolutely". Frank thought we might be wondering about that…

After Shabs

speech he went into the CBI and then at Midnight – with 6 IMF officials, he

came out and said " with Berneke and Shabibi did their speech together –

then at 10pm Shabibi went to the CBI… He told all banks and officials to get

ready. This was at their MIDNIGHT (today/night)! I believe that is

2pm (PST? Today – Weds).

Maliki has

stalled for well over a year for HIS benefit. Yes he wanted to get the

higher denoms off the streets of Iraq and he wanted to beg and not pay on

contracts. Shabs wasn't going to RV without a GOI because that is an

embarrassment to his country. He (Shabibi) has RV'd twice before –

but that was in 2005 and 2009. They had a full GOI. Maliki needs to

be concerned that if he announces his GOI then there is a full gov. to vote him

OUT and he could possibly be tried for war crimes. But we know they have

their gov. It has been the announcement we have been waiting for. (Teresa

says "I am not sure how all that works or makes sense - but I know it

is crooked".)

Shabibi is

realizing – time is up. Iraqi people need this. His country looks

stupid if they don't do this soon rather than looking stupid for not having

announced their GOI. Shabibi has said that IMF and WTO have approved –

Everyone has done their jobs – its TIME.

Frank did

not believe it would happen Thursday – "but maybe it

could". Frank likes May

4th.

Darline says

once Parliament signs off on the RV –the lower denoms will have to be passed

out. The GOI doesn’t have to sit down as

THEY ALREADY DONE and have been seated for months… Frank believes that the VOTE

is already done but they have just not released it.

in actuality we thought it was Shabibi that told Maliki he had to have his

ministers seated in fat it is the IMF that is pressing for security to be

seated… If you don’t have a GOI or rate or budget you can’t pay contracts – but

they keep promising they are going to pay and lots of contractors went bankrupt

– Maliki did that to prove to the UN that he would be working with folks –

Frank says that’s a mean way of doing what he is doing…

Darline states CBI on their website the show that they do

and will transfer or change any denom of IQD to any currency you so choose at

any time…Frank states That throws out that it would be a low rate – yes says

Ali told Frank that the Toledo office will be open for a

year selling of more currencies and metals.

There will be no time limit on cashing in the dinar – we are

nothing to them… out of all of us that invested in the IQD does not even add up

to one FED Reserve from a nation at all…

Frank states that THURSDAY was not the day for the RV – why? We saw what Shabibi did with the 6 IMF

officials they still need a few more things – I said Tuesday that Shabibi

opened 2 accounts for OIL and DFI and its HUGE and now they have the ability to

do what they want with these funds and this means they FULFILLED CHAPTER 7…

to hand over the report to the UNSC stating what they did with the Dinar in

order to receive the part of the last banana peel of Chpt 7…

He asked for 3 days after a holiday – then auctions were low

for 3 days – and today most RV had been announced on this day each April – and no

go last night – May 1st on the calendar and a Sunday the 1st

day of their week – Sunday is a holiday in Iraq – their labor day – takes us 3

days later to the 4th and the 8th is the Arab Summit

meeting – Frank says he feels this Sunday is the time period, Frank suggested –

S said Holiday then 3 days later we may see the blessing…

Delta UPDATE – Shabibi said lift the 3 zeros, introduce the

lower denoms was spoken by Shabibi last night and now today – Shabibi did not

show up on TV BUT it was Sadah his advisor – and he explained why the auction was

very low – changes for wire transfers going outside fo Iraq the CIB is asking

that whoever sends wire transfer outside of Iraq to SHOW their tax ID #… so

all those banks for some reason were scared for this new regulation – he said

that all the banking systems and they felt the CBI said no more wire transfer

but he said NO whatever they will do will help the Iraq people to be prospered

and no surprises at all and they will educate the people and the low Auctions

made the banking industry comfortable…they KNOW something is going to happen

due to those auctions and even when Iraq RI’s there will be auctions still…

Today Delta spoke to CBI contact today the parliament has to

pass a legislation for our investment and in order for Pres O to extend

executive order to protect IQD here in US they have to pass a law about the Soldiers

that were hurt during the Saddam and Kuwait situation. They only need $400 million .. The Maliki

approved it and sent it to Parliament and Sadah came on TV, they need to pass

this as its very,very important to pass the $400M and our president will extend

the protections on Iraq accounts and the families of the soldiers when they

invaded Kuwait in 1990…. When S and MOF opened 2 accounts – one is for 95% of

the Oil sales and other 5% will go to Kuwait compensation they need to pass

this law by parliament and it looks like they will do this on Saturday – as soon

as this is ratified and we will see Pres O signing the protections on this

money and then they will Deposit the DFI funds on these accounts and no one can

touch this money except Iraq…

Today that definitely 100% Iraq has to go international by

July 1st – this is not to say they will take that long but they have

to do this WAY BEFORE = Frank says that May 1st is special… So today

Delta says that its 100% done deal 0 NO DOUBT about it – but fact is the UNSC

in Iraq spoketo the foreign minister and asked if GOI to submit the letter on

Monday May 2nd to UNSC step by step what they have prepared to save

this money and they will report what S and MOF did in NYto open these accounts.

Sunday is a holiday and those 3 days time S will have time

to work and get this done… S is NOT waiting for the ministries and today when

they sent the LOI on March 18th – the LOI of the RV was with Shabibi

and MOF when they went to NY on the 19th of April as they met with IMF

and WORLD BANK then and they decided on the rate and the date and they have it

and will do it on the right time = they will submit all this to UNSC by Monday

and the vote on that will be June 30th and technical they can’t wait

to July 1st to do the revalue their IQD as they have to train the

people and have it done by then… Monday anything can happen – Sunday nothing

will happen but Monday- everyone in Iraq and even the people they know the this

is going to happen any time….

They Arab Summit will NOT be on the 8th – they want

to discuss in a meeting when it will be held on the 8th… The Summitt

has NOTHING to do with the reval.

The PM and Cabinet did approve the UNSC to take the immunity

off – and now the 1st time on July 1st they will be in

control of their money – and who is in charge??? The CBI will be in charge of

this money at that time…

Frank states we knew that last night a CBI official was

Sadah – little “S” says what Big “S” has said – lifting of the 3 zeros, will send

out lower denoms – Delta says yes that

Franks info = lower denoms will come out 24 hours after the rate is released…

Frank said I did say no RI-RV on Thursday due to what S has not spoken himself

yet…

Now everything fits perfect and Sunday we have the potential

for this “thing” to start going…my friend at the CBI told me that they are trying

to do – the rate will change first – then the lower denoms will come out and co

exist with what they have now –no striving – and the CBI and GOI is not to

confuse the people which is to help them prosper… rumors say $4 and $5 and

smart cards were loaded with that – NOT TRUE – the RATE comes out by the CBI

first and NO FOREX but CBI first = then the lower denoms will come out… NO ONE

ELSE HAS THE RATE NOW AT ALL…

The ministries were to be done today but they were arguing

about the $400M to US Gov for them to protect their new New York

Accounts.. Maliki is coming back from

Korea and he has contract with Hundai

and one for houses and railroads … They are going to pay Korea with Oil and

they will never loose a penny like that… They went to Korea instead of China –

WHY? That’s your homework…

CBI contact to Delta says the lower denoms have to go all

over Iraq and will be done after the rate is announced…

And

NO LOP – both currencies will co-exist and will have the

same value at the new rate….

CBI and IMF has the rate and date and when they will launch

it…think about 30 days before and 45

days before July 1st – as that date they have to internationally

recognized so this RV has to happen before that date…

Frank states – The moment

the rate is announced, the next breath is to release the lower denoms – all

the banking systems are done on issues at all as the US Treasury took care of

that – and GDBS system is ALL DONE for Iraq and when Shabibi came here he came

to go to the IMF and the World Bank to finalize the rate and the date and to

open accounts ….

Whatever the rate is we will never go back – Lybia, Egypt did

the same, the Iraq Dinar will never devalue ever again – as soon as we see the

revalue it’s a done deal and all will be happy

Titus is on the call….he states everyone wants it now – and July

1st Delta said and Titus says that he feels his date is July 14th

for the RI… Egypt and look at July 14th 1958 the revolution in how

the GOV got set up there it matches all that is happened here in Iraq- Syria

and Jordan this is history repeating itself… Titus was brought in – and Franks

says that the last time Iraq had a GOI was in the year of 2009 but they claim

they do not have a Gov but we know that they do…

Frank says he knows more the rate than WHEN but I do believe

that this is an RI – reinstatement and due to the delays since 2009 it will be

a RV – revaluation – the MOP and MOP wanted $3.1208 as the rate and just in

case they would add 20% to the rate that would take the rate to $3.86. The last time we heard in reality from the GOI

– this is the last figures we saw from them… we have seen the contractors

contracts we are looking at a situation

this is about to happen and I feel

this Sunday is a labor day holiday and he is looking for 3 days after that

holiday to launch this RI-RV … now we have little “S” out campaigning what

they are about to do…..VERY SOON said Shabibi breaks down – so now Titus said

Darline states – Why were they in a hurry to relieve those

funds NOW instead of June 30th…and go ahead of opening the New York

smoke and that they are moving at lightning speed to get things done and its

being retracted…

Titus says from his reading and interpretation of his

studies but with the June 30th Chapter 7 will be released on that

date and DFI funds will be released that date – I can listen to other views tho

and Frank you have been right lots of times and I say July 14th is

the day it will happen that is a Thursday in July right after a big holiday

they have… I will stick with it says Titus…. Titus believes that the RI will be

done first but a RV will come much later after the UNSC releases the Chapter 7

on July 1st… HIS OPINION ONLY Franks says we are all entitled to our

opinion…

they have… I will stick with it says Titus…. Titus believes that the RI will be

done first but a RV will come much later after the UNSC releases the Chapter 7

on July 1st… HIS OPINION ONLY Franks says we are all entitled to our

opinion…

HUGE – something is going on and it’s an URGENT Message saying that Shabibi and

You know what stop complaining because that's what speculation is... you give your best guess according to the information that you have... and since people frequently want to know what these people's opinions are then it makes sense that he has to give his next best guess. How many ways can you find to say the same thing...how about, "I don't know when it's going to happen...how difficult is that!!!??? That's a lot easier to take then 1000 lines of 'dribble' filled with inuendoes of - let's say - new or extended dates. LET'S START INTRODUCING MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST into the equation...maybe 'they' won't notice it and when 'it' doesn't happen, I can always fall back on, "Remember on such-and-such a date, I 'told' you that it might not be April/May but it might be June, July, August?" Anyhow, it's late!
