It is very unlikely that anything will happen unless it is on the 1st or the last day of the month. If you go back to the UN operational exchange rates you will find that the only time the rates have changed in the past years was on the 1st and the last day of a month except for one month. If you just look over at the right under "TIME" it shows the day and then the actual time. Its frozen on the last transaction before closing on the 31st at 12:32:59. It looks like this.....31-12:32:59; notice the others that are running have 3-**:**:**. The first number before the dash is the day.
