Call me stupid, but I am not understanding something. If we expect iqd to be comperable to kwd, why is everyone saying it Rv at 3 bucks? Kwd is only .27 to our dollar. Something isn't adding up. I am more than positive someone can set me straight on this. I am just trying to think from a realistic stand point. They are so close it wouldn't make sense for there to be such a gap in value, would it? Please explain. Thanks and GO RV!!!!!

The fact is, there will be no Rv March 1. If you look at the scheduled operational rates of exchange (if applicable) on the UN website, the next possible date is March 15. Check it out; it is there clear as day. I tried to copy link but wasn't able to. Look at it on the home page of the UN Operational Rates of Exchange. I understand I will get some bashing but I am a realistic. Gather your own facts. Fact is no one will know ahead of time unless they are in the Iraq Government and trust me they will not be leaking that information to us. Remember it is an investment and it isn't going to happen over night. It is going to take time and patience. Good luck to all!!

Let me start by apologizing in advance if what I am about to say offends anyone. I live in one of the Top 10 cities in the US where the crime rate is astronomical. There are atleast 3-5 murders a DAY. Many are not reported on the news. It is terrible to be in fear to drive home after work or going to the store. You are always looking over your shoulder. You drive in the middle lane with your doors locked because you know you are less likely to be carjacked. This is the way of life in this city I am in. People here think this is the norm. I on the other hand know that this isn't the way most people live. My husband and I talk about crime often and the things that could change the world. Think about it with me for a second. If you lived somewhere that you knew if you committed a crime, you would be severely punished; would you be less likely to commit the crime? For example, if someone knew the punishment for stealing was to have their arm cut off without any anesthetic nor doctor there to stop the bleeding; would they steal? If someone knew the the punishment for rape was to be raped to death; would they rape?If someone knew the punishment for murder was to be killed the way they killed their victim; would they murder? If someone knew the punishment for drugs was to have their closest family member ( child, mother, father,wife, husband, etc) drugged to death; would they do drugs? If someone knew there were no trials nor appeals and it was immediate punishment; would they be willing to jeopardize their freedom? If people knew that there were no second, third or fourth chances would people think twice before committing a crime? I know some people will comment that I may be demented but reality is would stricter rules bring hope to our beautiful country? Men and women fight for our freedom everyday but what are we doing to save the country we have? Why cant we take everyone we have doing life in prison and bring them to other countries we are at war with and let them fight for our country? It would do a couple of things for the US. It would allow the taxpayers to not have to pay for them to be housed, pay for trials, and appeals. It would allow them to fight for a good cause. How many lifers do you think would turn down freedom in another country instead of living life without hope. Of course, they would have to sign a waiver stating that they would never return to the USA; if so it would be an immediate death sentence. I am proud to be an American; are you? Have you ever thought about how we could save our nation?

It is very unlikely that anything will happen unless it is on the 1st or the last day of the month. If you go back to the UN operational exchange rates you will find that the only time the rates have changed in the past years was on the 1st and the last day of a month except for one month. It shows it has only changed value on the first and last day of the month except for one year. Check it out it is very interesting. Don't fall into believing all of the untruths that are being told. They just want to raise u up to break u down.

I will take a shot at a date based on fate only. I believe it will happen before January 22 2011. That is my 40 th birthday. I want to go on a vacation for my birthday and my husband told if it RVs by then he will take me. It is fate that I go!!!!!!
