Good evening Family,

T minus 72………or less.

“Tell me……..how do you mend a broken heart?”

Hey……..wasn’t I NOT to post on Wednesdays and Thursdays? LOL…….somebody posted on another site that I was addicted to my postings. Nope. I dislike sharing intel very much and I don’t like to put my wife’s hand through so much pain. I am simply addicted to helping the children of God as He asked. I promised you an explanation of why I believed so strongly that we need a GOI present before the RD/RI. So let’s talk about it.

Our government…….our nation is in GREAT DEBT!!! Their checks and balances look like my checkbook and they write checks and print money faster than the speed of the internet. That’s not good Family and our USD along with our economy tries desperately not to take two steps backwards and one forward………but we are. DEBT is an ugly word that leaves an uglier feeling. There are many reasons why I insisted and still lean in that direction to a degree for the need of a GOI first. Yes I mentioned that the contracts ……IF ……..they were signed at the new rate……… then when the GOI sits those contracts would automatically kick in because they were agreed upon with the 3+ rate. What if they were not signed with an agreed rate……..well that would open a can of stinky worms. The terms and services can be established without a rate because the contract is not activated at the time of signing. There would be an agreement to wait on the final issue of the rate once the GOI announced itself. Hence my need to have a GOI before the RD/RI. Okay………how about another reason?

DEBT is a nasty word………oh I’m sorry I already said that. I wanted a GOI before the RD/RI in order to eliminate or at least avoid allowing Iraq to go into severe DEBT as a nation. You see………it may sound ironic but I need the old rate to be kept by the GOI for their existing bills. If the RD/RI kicks in ……….all of the DEBT that Iraq is responsible for right now will inherit the new rate. So if they had a bill for 1 dollar that bill could possibly be worth 3.22 or maybe 3.86. 1 million in DEBT could become ………..well you know the math. A seated GOI would then reach into its constitution to pass the necessary laws that would keep all of their old DEBT at the 1170 old rate. The GOI needs their DEBT to revert to its previous level! If it was a simple 5 to 10% increase then maybe their M1 M2 M3 figures would not be severely affected retarding their infrastructure growth which is essential for giving the IQD stability and growth. IMO they need to separate the old bills from the new bills………and a seated GOI is required to pass such laws. If not ………well you think our nation’s DEBT is trilliantly terrible? Not passing these laws would simply bankrupt the country of Iraq. Iraq has sold many bonds……..that’s another thing affected that needs adjustment before the RD/RI.

There is also the question of whether the banking systems of Iraq will also need laws or adjustments to enact the RD/RI. Yes I know the CBI is completely separate from the GOI. But there is still a marriage between them to a degree.

ZEKE………Who’s the man? You are!!! Thank you for the article on “Re-value foreign currencies”. Family it was posted around 2:30pm today and I recommend that you read it. ZEKE…….I really loved the part where it said that the audit of assets will be done by the end of October. The MoU to be in the IMF’s possession is a tale tale sign of why the UNSC has been so pushy lately. You are correct dear friend and I am excited with you.

Looks like we had an Ambassador buffet on CSPAN2 today. I thank those that posted quotes that they heard from the program for us to follow. Below you will find two links if you want to watch the program again. There was one comment by Mr. Crocker that caught my ears. I wish to give CAL58 thanks for helping me on this subject today. The sentence was ……..”Government seated within THE month.” We are in the month of October. I like THE month. Some of you watched the Alex Jones show today where they mentioned that oil will soon be reaching 100 to 150 dollars per barrel. LOL……..yes but that’s post RI. We need a Hawaiian temperature between 80 and 90 degrees. It’s a safety margin of error that will allow the RD/RI to happen at 70 dollars per barrel.

We have Geitner Secretary of Treasury saying that many world currencies are now in proper alignment to be adjusted. Currency positioning. I know the USD is one and I know the IQD is another. Sounds good to me.

The IMF report is finally out that was postponed from last month. We should spend some time combing through the pages.

Tomorrow on Alsumaria TV the re-denomination video that was shown on the 8th and cancelled twice since then supposedly will be shown at 3:45pm Iraq time. So like we talked about on the cc ……….the RD/RI does not need a GOI. But the GOI needs its own self to sit in order to avoid a great DEBT. I wonder if they will show it tomorrow?

Effective Sept. 27, 2010, Iraq Immigrations mandated that all contractors are required to have a separate exit visa in order to depart Iraq . KBR complied and organized a process that resulted in prompt approvals. The process created limited delay and employees traveled on time.

However, since October 17, KBR has not received any exit or entry approvals from the Ministry of Interior. No reason was given by the MOI for stopping the approval process. KBR leadership is diligently working with the government of Iraq through our Iraqi attorneys to resolve the disruption, and we are anticipating a positive outcome shortly.

Until further notice, only personnel who have an approved exit visa or are on emergency or medical leave status are to transit from their work location to the BTC. All other personnel scheduled to transit to the BTC for R&R, leave without pay, business travel to Dubai, demobilization or other reasons are to remain at their work location until the exit visa approval process resumes.

We will continue to provide our employees with updates as they become available. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Last night I ended my post with words for my wife. This is what I said:

Thanks for the post PPager. Some think Frank26 is long winded. I will take his post over TK,TiaC and GET anytime. This does not seem to be nonsense.IMO At least the links work. Thanks again and GOD BLESS all of us here as well as frank26 and his wife. GO RV!! B)

Iraq is still making things difficult for Americans there, they have been sucking the corporations dry by adding more Visa fees, this is the second time in a year they have required a visa, and now they are stating they require an Exit Visa as well? There was still about 130,000 KBR contractors in Iraq when the first Travel Visa fee came out and it was about 50 bucks a pop, now multiply that times 130k. I would imagine they're charging the same for the additional required Exit Visa, and that is for every time a contractor leaves Iraq which is at least 3 times a year, multiply that times approx 50k as I think that's about how many KBR contractors there are. Then throw in Fluor, DynCorp, ITT, etc etc. $$$ it adds up.

Not having a Exit Visa has nothing to do wit the RV.I've been reading a lot of post that are at least a week old,I know we rely on the Iraqi news but they only post what they are allowed to post.The news from the locals is that the RV is scheduled to come out Saturday the 23 of October.

Here we go again, gearing up for the weekend...... 9 times out of 10 it is a newbie that says it. So we give them the benefit of the doubt, and put a pot full of hope in what they say.... and wait it out, and nothing happens.

So, as usually we will watch carefully the activity on the internet this weekend. Come Monday, we will be laughing our way to the bank, or Crying, oh, no not another missed opportunity........when will it end.

chief, that figure may be a bit high but yeah, the iraqis are trying to make a buck...thats what kuwait does...

I love these "real boots on the ground" intel messages. Even if it was going to happen on the 23rd no one on the ground in Iraq would know anymore than we do. Get over yourself, if the locals knew ahead of time they would be running wild in the streets gearing up to trade in their currency. When it happens, there will be no advanced warning, it will simply appear on the Forex and bank screens and then we, along with everyone else will start to make our arrangements.

These so called "guru's" put out NO intel that anyone of us couldn't get our hands on if we chose to take the time. I find it interesting that people including someone I know is foolish enough to pay $180 to be a VIP and they get no more reliable info than the rest of us. I've said it before, someones making money on this deal and it ain't us! For all we know these VIPs and the one buying the books are paying a group of 13 year olds sitting in their parents basements with a computer and a paypal account and feeding us daily horseshit.

I want this to go and I could really use it, but it will happen when it happens and no ones going to know when, all we can do is speculate and converse among ourselves about it. My opinion, keep your hopes up, work hard until it happens, and read these posts for a bit of info, but mostly for the entertainment value of "it's coming this week, tomorrow, next week, this month, by the 15th, by the end of the month, sometime in 2010!!!" It's a laugh, it really is! JMO! As the guru's keep saying!

yes you are correct about Iraq wanting more money but the cost for my entry was only 2 dollars not 50 and there are not 130,000 kbr people on the ground over here more like 30,000

Some people complain when they read medic and say it was alot of nothing......I feel he keeps us informed on facts especially in the political arena.

Then you have the people who will complain when they read a rumor.......hey guys .....its a RUMOR....let it go.

Would you rather look at a blank screen and have nothing to read on this investment?...........I for one appreciate all info that can be shed on this subject.

Sure an argument can be made on the ones that are out there continuing to throw out rumors time and again, never being right........but can we lay off of the ones that don't post every two minutes and have something to say ......especially when its positive?

Yes I mentioned that the contracts ……IF ……..they were signed at the new rate……… then when the GOI sits those contracts would automatically kick in because they were agreed upon with the 3+ rate. What if they were not signed with an agreed rate……..well that would open a can of stinky worms. The terms and services can be established without a rate because the contract is not activated at the time of signing. There would be an agreement to wait on the final issue of the rate once the GOI announced itself. Hence my need to have a GOI before the RD/RI. Okay………how about another reason?

DEBT is a nasty word………oh I’m sorry I already said that. I wanted a GOI before the RD/RI in order to eliminate or at least avoid allowing Iraq to go into severe DEBT as a nation. You see………it may sound ironic but I need the old rate to be kept by the GOI for their existing bills. If the RD/RI kicks in ……….all of the DEBT that Iraq is responsible for right now will inherit the new rate. So if they had a bill for 1 dollar that bill could possibly be worth 3.22 or maybe 3.86. 1 million in DEBT could become ………..well you know the math. A seated GOI would then reach into its constitution to pass the necessary laws that would keep all of their old DEBT at the 1170 old rate. The GOI needs their DEBT to revert to its previous level! If it was a simple 5 to 10% increase then maybe their M1 M2 M3 figures would not be severely affected retarding their infrastructure growth which is essential for giving the IQD stability and growth. IMO they need to separate the old bills from the new bills………and a seated GOI is required to pass such laws. If not ………well you think our nation’s DEBT is trilliantly terrible? Not passing these laws would simply bankrupt the country of Iraq. Iraq has sold many bonds……..that’s another thing affected that needs adjustment before the RD/RI.

There is also the question of whether the banking systems of Iraq will also need laws or adjustments to enact the RD/RI. Yes I know the CBI is completely separate from the GOI. But there is still a marriage between them to a degree.

Some of you watched the Alex Jones show today where they mentioned that oil will soon be reaching 100 to 150 dollars per barrel. LOL……..yes but that’s post RI. We need a Hawaiian temperature between 80 and 90 degrees. It’s a safety margin of error that will allow the RD/RI to happen at 70 dollars per barrel.

We have Geitner Secretary of Treasury saying that many world currencies are now in proper alignment to be adjusted. Currency positioning. I know the USD is one and I know the IQD is another. Sounds good to me.

The IMF report is finally out that was postponed from last month. We should spend some time combing through the pages.

Tomorrow on Alsumaria TV the re-denomination video that was shown on the 8th and cancelled twice since then supposedly will be shown at 3:45pm Iraq time. So like we talked about on the cc ……….the RD/RI does not need a GOI. But the GOI needs its own self to sit in order to avoid a great DEBT. I wonder if they will show it tomorrow?

SUBJECT:TRAVEL ADVISORY – Personnel with No Approved Exit Visa Movement from Work Location to BTC

Effective Sept. 27, 2010, Iraq Immigrations mandated that all contractors are required to have a separate exit visa in order to depart Iraq . KBR complied and organized a process that resulted in prompt approvals. The process created limited delay and employees traveled on time.

However, since October 17, KBR has not received any exit or entry approvals from the Ministry of Interior. No reason was given by the MOI for stopping the approval process. KBR leadership is diligently working with the government of Iraq through our Iraqi attorneys to resolve the disruption, and we are anticipating a positive outcome shortly.

Until further notice, only personnel who have an approved exit visa or are on emergency or medical leave status are to transit from their work location to the BTC. All other personnel scheduled to transit to the BTC for R&R, leave without pay, business travel to Dubai, demobilization or other reasons are to remain at their work location until the exit visa approval process resumes.

We will continue to provide our employees with updates as they become available. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

I love these "real boots on the ground" intel messages. Even if it was going to happen on the 23rd no one on the ground in Iraq would know anymore than we do. Get over yourself, if the locals knew ahead of time they would be running wild in the streets gearing up to trade in their currency. When it happens, there will be no advanced warning, it will simply appear on the Forex and bank screens and then we, along with everyone else will start to make our arrangements.

These so called "guru's" put out NO intel that anyone of us couldn't get our hands on if we chose to take the time. I find it interesting that people including someone I know is foolish enough to pay $180 to be a VIP and they get no more reliable info than the rest of us. I've said it before, someones making money on this deal and it ain't us! For all we know these VIPs and the one buying the books are paying a group of 13 year olds sitting in their parents basements with a computer and a paypal account and feeding us daily horseshit.

I want this to go and I could really use it, but it will happen when it happens and no ones going to know when, all we can do is speculate and converse among ourselves about it. My opinion, keep your hopes up, work hard until it happens, and read these posts for a bit of info, but mostly for the entertainment value of "it's coming this week, tomorrow, next week, this month, by the 15th, by the end of the month, sometime in 2010!!!" It's a laugh, it really is! JMO! As the guru's keep saying!
