Go to a major bank and ask if they have a CDAR,it insures your money no matter the amount,you can set it up for it to mature in a month or every 3 months and draw out any amount with out getting taxed because you paid the taxes on the final amount.Hope this helps ypu out a little bit. Not having a Exit Visa has nothing to do wit the RV.I've been reading a lot of post that are at least a week old,I know we rely on the Iraqi news but they only post what they are allowed to post.The news from the locals is that the RV is scheduled to come out Saturday the 23 of October.
