So some here want to think that it's a conspiracy theory that Google and the other Superpowers of Social Media are  controlling not only the content

of what is seen but manipulating that content and all the information we divulge via the internet to manipulate the populous at large. 

Well here's the end of conspiracy and the beginning of Big Brother on steroids. 

 

A former Google insider claiming the company created algorithms to hide its political bias within artificial intelligence platforms – in effect targeting particular words, phrases and contexts to promote, alter, reference or manipulate perceptions of Internet content –

delivered roughly 950 pages of documents to the Department of Justice’s Antitrust division Friday.

The former Google insider, who has already spoken in to the nonprofit organization Project Veritas, met with SaraACarter.com on several occasions last week. He was interviewed in silhouette, to conceal his identity, in group’s latest film, which they say exposes bias inside the social media platform.

Several weeks prior, the insider mailed a laptop to the DOJ containing the same information delivered on Friday, they said.

The former insider is choosing to remain anonymous until Project Verita’s James O’Keefe reveals his identity tomorrow (Wednesday).

He told this reporter on his recent trip to Washington D.C. that the documents he turned over to the Justice Department will provide proof that Google has been manipulating the algorithms and the evidence of how it was done, the insider said.

 

Google CEO Sundar Pichai told the House Judiciary Committee in December, 2018, that the search engine was not biased against conservatives. Pichai explained what algorithm’s are said Google’s algorithm was not offensive to conservatives because its artificial intelligence does not operate in that manner. He told lawmakers, “things like relevance, freshness, popularity, how other people are using it” are what drives the search results. Pichai said even if his programmers were anti-Republican, the process is so intricate that the artificial intelligence could not be manipulated and it was to complicated to train the algorithm to fit their bias.

Google did not immediately respond for comment on the insider’s claims, however, this story will be updated if comment is provided.

The insider says Google is aware most people are unaware or not knowledgeable about these advanced IT systems and therefore unable to determine who is telling the truth.

“I honestly think that a free market can fix this issue,” he told this reporter at a meeting in Washington D.C. “The issue is that the free market has been distorted and what’s happened is that the distortion is so grotesque and the engineering is so repulsive, all we need to do is just expose what’s going on. People can hear that it is bad but that can be bias. But when they see what Google has actually written with the documents,

this will actually be taught in universities of what

totalitarian states can do with this type of capability.”

“It will be so revolting that it doesn’t matter what the solution is, a solution will just form as a reaction to this manipulation they have done,” the Google insider said.

He said he’s asked himself many times if he’s overreacting “and every time I simply look back at the documents and realize that I am not.”

“It’s that bad,” he said.

“Disclosing Google’s own words to the American public is something I am, must do, if I am to consider myself a good person.

The world that google is building is not a place I, or you or our children want to live in.”

Another Google insider, who has come forward already, told O’Keefe and other media outlets recently that it is the programers at Google who use the algorithms to manipulate the information to advance its leftist agenda.

Greg Coppola, a software engineer, told Project Veritas that he doesn’t “have a smoking gun.”

However,  “I’ve just been coding since I was ten, I have a Ph.D., I have five years of experience at Google, and I just know how algorithms are.

 They don’t write themselves.

We write them to make them do what we want them to do.”

“I look at Search and I look at Google News, and I see what it’s doing,” he said. “I see Google executives go to Congress and say … that it’s not political, and I’m just so sure that that’s not true.”

Department of Justice officials declined to comment on the document dump.

 

But SaraACarter.com has reviewed the documents and obtained proof from the Google insider that the documents were delivered to the DOJ.

 

The unnamed Google insider first spoke to O’Keefe’s Project Veritas. O’Keefe has been criticized by the left for outing the political bias of executives and employees of Google and other social media companies.

In the nonprofits most recent video, Project Veritas uses their undercover techniques to get Google employees to talk openly about their disdain for Trump and how their artificial intelligence operates.

Jenn Gennai, who heads Google’s Responsible Innovation Team, did not know she was being filmed by O’Keefe’s group. She told the undercover journalist that

“the reason we launched our AI principals is because we’re not putting our line in the sand. They were not saying what’s fair and what’s equitable so we’re like, well we’re a big company, we’re going to say it.”

Zachary Vorhies, the whistleblower, told O’Keefe that Google actually used law enforcement against him with a phony wellness check:

A Google insider who anonymously leaked internal documents to Project Veritas made the decision to go public in an on-the-record video interview. The insider, Zachary Vorhies, decided to go public after receiving a letter from Google, and after he says Google allegedly called the police to perform a “wellness check” on him.

Shortly after the report including the “algorithmic unfairness” documents was published, Vorhies received a letter from Google containing several “demands.” Vorhies told Project Veritas that he complied with Google’s demands, which included a request for any internal Google documents he may have personally retained. Vorhies also said he sent those documents to the Department of Justice Antitrust Division.

After having been identified by an anonymous account (which Vorhies believes belongs to a Google employee,) on social media as a “leaker,” Vorhies was approached by law enforcement at his residence in California. According to Vorhies, San Francisco police received a call from Google which prompted a “wellness check.”

Vorhies described the incident to Project Veritas:

“they got inside the gate, the police, and they started banging on my door… And so the police decided that they were going to call in additional forces. They called in the FBI, they called in the SWAT team. And they called in a bomb squad.”

“[T]his is a large way in which [Google tries to] intimidate their employees that go rogue on the company…”

Partial video of the incident was provided to Project Veritas. San Francisco police confirmed to Project Veritas that they did receive a “mental health call,” and responded to Vorhies’ address that day.

This is serious stuff and Vorhies has really sacrificed a lot in bringing this to the public’s attention. He said in the video that he was making around $250k per year at Google and that alone was incentive to not come forward. But he couldn’t live with his conscience knowing that he didn’t come forward with this information for selfish reasons and says he feels more at peace with himself than he has since all this began in 2016.

Yes, Facebook Has Been Listening to Users and Writing Down What They Say

On the heels of Apple and Google getting busted for listening to audio of users, a bombshell report just came out Tuesday that implicates Facebook in a similar scheme.

Facebook is no stranger to being reckless with users’ privacy.

They have exposed users’ private posts.

They actively uploaded 1.5 million users’ contacts without permission.

Facebook’s security was so lax that hackers used the platform to steal passwords from Facebook’s own users

It should be no surprise, therefore, that Facebook has yet again played fast and loose with the private information of its users.

A breaking report from Bloomberg reveals that Facebook has been paying people to listen to audio of its own customers and then transcribe what they say

The work has rattled the contract employees, who are not told where the audio was recorded or how it was obtained — only to transcribe it, said the people, who requested anonymity for fear of losing their jobs,” Bloomberg’s Sarah Frier reports. “They’re hearing Facebook users’ conversations, sometimes with vulgar content, but do not know why Facebook needs them transcribed, the people said.”

Facebook responded like a kid with his hand in the cookie jar.

“Facebook confirmed that it had been transcribing users’ audio and said it will no longer do so, following scrutiny into other companies,” Frier writes.

“Much like Apple and Google, we paused human review of audio more than a week ago,” Facebook said Tuesday

PragerU has announced that its case against Google and YouTube over claims of online censorship will be heard in court on Tuesday.

PragerU has announced that on August 27, 2019, it will be appearing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in a lawsuit against Google and YouTube over the censorship of PragerU videos on the platform. PragerU, founded by conservative radio host Dennis Prager, produces short educational videos on conservative ideals and history

PragerU has faced censorship from YouTube on a number of occasions, with the group’s videos being placed behind age rating warnings and videos discussing the ten commandments being placed under YouTube’s “restricted” mode. During a Senate committee hearing in July, Prager discussed the restricted ten commandment video telling Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN): “So — we have a solution, we’ll put up [a video] without ‘thou shalt not murder’ in it. I feel like I’m in a Monty Python skit here, when [a Google executive] says something like that.”

Prager continued: “The only possible explanation for all of this is they don’t like PragerU, because we’re a very, very influential conservative voice touching a lot of lives,” Prager added: “There is no other explanation. If [videos] cannot be seen by any family that restricts pornography and violence, if no school can see it — if no library can show it, that’s a very serious restriction. Especially given that our target audience is young people. So they’re depriving us of the very people that we most want to touch with our message.”

PragerU announced its hearing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in a tweet, stating that the lawsuit pertains to the restriction of over 200 PragerU videos on YouTube:

 

The tweet states that the mainstream media has ignored the historic case and asks will they cover the hearing on Tuesday. Whether the mainstream media does or not, Breitbart News will indeed be following and reporting on the hearing. PragerU plans to release information about the hearing via its Facebook page.

A recent report from investigative journalism group Project Veritas claims that leaked internal Google documents shows a Google employee and a member of a Google “transparency-and-ethics” group calling conservative and libertarian commentators such as Dennis Prager, Ben Shapiro, and Jordan Peterson, “Nazis.” The email was sent as part of internal communications between the Google “transparency-and-ethics” group and suggests that content published by PragerU, Jordan Peterson, and Ben Shapiro should be removed from the “suggestion feature.”

President Donald Trump has focused increased attention on the issue of Silicon Valley bias and discrimination in recent months, as numerous leaks and testimony from big tech insiders has shone a light on anti-conservative sentiment in the tech industry.

The White House is circulating drafts of a proposed executive order that would address allegations of anti-conservative bias by social media companies, according to a White House official and two other people familiar with the matter — a month after President Donald Trump pledged to explore “all regulatory and legislative solutions” on the issue.

None of the three would describe the contents of the order, which one person cautioned has already taken many different forms and remains in flux. But its existence, and the deliberations surrounding it, are evidence that the administration is taking a serious look at wielding the federal government’s power against Silicon Valley.

“If the internet is going to be presented as this egalitarian platform and most of Twitter is liberal cesspools of venom, then at least the president wants some fairness in the system,” the White House official said. “But look, we also think that social media plays a vital role. They have a vital role and an increasing responsibility to the culture that has helped make them so profitable and so prominent.”

The news comes just days after President Trump blasted Google CEO Sundar Pichai for his alleged false promises of political neutrality.

Recent leaks have exposed Silicon Valley’s bias against conservatives. Breitbart News has exposed widespread search manipulation by Google and YouTube, including deliberate manipulation of search results for political topics like “abortion” and “Federal Reserve” at the behest of left-wing journalists. Breitbart News also published leaked video footage of Google executives expressing dismay at the election of President Trump, and promising to make his populist movement a “blip” or “hiccup” in history

Other tech companies have also been exposed — Facebook has put political figures on a list of potential “hate agents” for censorship, while Twitter employees have been caught by Project Veritas admitting to censorship of accounts that express an interest in “God, guns and America.”
