THE NEW LEGISTATION S GOING INTO EFFECT TOMORROW [Wednesday] ...we are hearing that should be some what of a kick off for everything. ...We had the Finance Minister from Iraq here in the United States I believe over the weekend. They did put some deals together with Master Card and Visa. I think that is important. That is really good.

Many experts in economics say Iraq is not done. There is still a lot of work to be done & Bills to be passed especially protection of foreign investors &more banking laws, not to mention HCL. One or two years ago I talked to a man from Irak and asked him about the possibilty of an 

upcoming RV of the IQD.

 

He said, that this will not happen in the next years, because of the ongoing presence

of the american troops.

They remain in Irak, although we get different messages and they are still controlling the fast oilfields

and the harvest of very valuable minerals and trace-minerals from Irak ground.

They will not allow Irak to get on its feet again, its only a sweet dream . . .

 

Its only fair to mention this info directly from Irak  . . .
