lmb4321, I have always been someone( I know I'm not the only one) to say that HCL is not a prelude to the rv. The rv can happen before that...one n only reason I have is the iqd had revalued before from 3thou to what it is now n the HCL was not in place then. Cheers

Hcl or not it does not matter because Erbil and Baghdad are obviously working together now why else is everybody signing up to go into Iraq .. and I have a strong feeling that that this HCL/RV is about to be announced imo i just dont see them waiting any longer ...
